Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! We contacted Precision Door Service after we had some work done by another company and wee not happy with it. We knew that Precision worked in OTOW and decided we would try Precision.
