While at Spanish Springs listening to music, someone stole my remote from golf cart. I called Precision of Ocala they were able to get me in that day! Tyler Ming was the technician that came out. He was very pleasant, polite, respectful of my property, etc. I can't say enough about him! He was great! He explained everything to me. While there he inspected everything and tuned up my system. I'm a very happy customer!!!

Our garage door broke a spring. We called Precision Doors and were very pleased to have Tyler our service tech not only fix the springs but he checked every part of the system. He replaced all parts that were broken and worn out. The door is very quiet now. This company is very professional. If you need or have any problems with your garage door this is the company to call.

What an awesome experience. Let me start with the initial call. Great person who answered the phone and she had a technician out to me in less than an hour. Next is Tyler our installer. What an awesome young man. Absolutely fantastic in all aspects from the initial contact to the job finish. Very rare these days to find someone who still delivers quality service and answered all my many questions. Finally the garage opener is everything I wanted and more. Outstanding service! I called early morning to inquire about service. A technician was at my house within the hour. My garage door was accessed thoroughly. I wish I could remember my technicians name. I was provided a list of all recommended repairs/replacements. Job was completed same day. I would definitely recommend.
