My garage door would not open and it was Friday afternoon. I called a garage door company and they said they could help on Wednesday. I wouldn't have my vehicle until Wednesday. So, I called Precision and they said they could come out Saturday morning. Scott came out, gave an assessment, Chris came and installed the door. They were professional, timely and did great work! Very professional and prompt. Called about noon for a checkup on a garage door that wouldn't work. Tech was here by 3:15 and said that a complete replacement was needed and that they could get it fixed that afternoon. A 2nd tech came to help within 15 min and they had the whole job done by 6pm. Impressed with Precision experience through process. Informative initial call and a convenient scheduled appointment for a free estimate with option to hire. Immediate appointment confirmation, with an appointment reminder email and text. Most impressive was a text right before the appointment with a photo of the technician (Scott Mathew) along with a brief bio. Plus a phone call from him. Unfortunately lack of funds prevented me from hiring Scott /Precision, but he helped me adjust my garage door panel so it would stay shut with mechanism, and gave option suggestions. Honesty is a valuable commodity. I highly recommend Precision Door, and Scott is an asset to their company.

My house is 35 years old the doors needed new springs I don't have any opener, was having a hard time opening one. He was so professional and patient. you put in a new motor, door openers, panel etc about 3 yrs. ago & i felt it needed a safety ck. First and foremost >> very pleased! 21 yr. old door, center spring bracket started pulling out of the wall. Having been a home inspector I knew not to mess with it. Garage door springs can be very dangerous. I called Precision, they scheduled me for the next day. The inspector came right on time. He identified a couple problems and recommended a door tune up. I agreed with him and within the hour their technician arrived. Scott went right to work, gave me a few tips on proper maintenance and we were up and running like new the same day! My recommendation would be, get your door serviced before you have problems and have Precision do it! I think you will be pleased.

Scott Mayhew did an Awesome job! In addition to being prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, he went “above and beyond” the call for our “non-working” Keypad for our garage door...Fixed/replaced springs and replaced seal along bottom of garage door, and installed a new Keypad! Since I had no experience with any providers of garage door services, I just opened the yellow pages and began calling. The first two I called had a recording to leave a message and they would get back to me (and this was on a Tuesday in early afternoon). I thought if they couldn't at least have someone answer the phone on a workday, I wondered just how sound their business was. So my third call was to Precision, and what a good decision that was.Finally, I had a person I could talk to. Scott came the following day, on time, and after giving me an estimate, sent a tech over to complete the job. Brittany was very efficient, and installed new parts for me in short order. I couldn't be more satisfied. The were there when I needed them, responded on time, and completed the work as promised. No surprises; 24 hours from when I first called, my door was again operational. I highly recommend this business.

The keypad was not working. I called in the morning and was given an appt that afternoon. I asked for a specific time and was given that time. Scott arrived at the exact time . He was pleasant, professional, and thorough. Not only did I get a new keypad but also had the light replaced and all the working parts of the door tested and adjusted. I highly recommend Precision Doors and will continue to call them whenever needed.
