It was a pleasure to deal with a reputable company. The techs showed up quickly and were very professional. They could have easily uncharged me for a new railing, however, they suggested a cheaper repair that worked great. I will definitely use them in the future.

I want to comment on the tech you had come out to my house for the estimate I initially called for. Eric was great. He was very knowledgeable and really impressed me with everything he discussed with me about my garage door situation. I am shopping for information and for the way he treated me and presented himself you should be very happy you have someone like Eric working on your behalf. I am not ready to make a purchase, but you can be confident I will call your company when I am. (As long as Eric does my install.)

Scott was great! Excellent tech. Even though one door was in need of repair, he did a diagnostic on the other door to make sure it was in good operating condition and found issues. We knew that the door didn't sound right ever since we bought the house. He explained everything he needed to do and why he was going to change out specific parts. I would indeed recommend this company to family and friends.

Same day service was great. Scott, the tech, pointed out a lot of potential problems that would have eventually surfaced and resolved all issues in a very quick and thorough manner. Service call for check on proper operation of emergency latch. It was found to be operating ok. Maintenance was done. Scott was polite and professional. Have had this opener for over 3 1/2 years and have not had any problems. Company is very easy to deal with. I recommend them to anyone looking for garage door service.
