Joel Mullen moved here from Olean, New York with his wife and 2 dogs. He came to work for us in January 2022. He brought with him several years of knowledge in service and installing garage doors. He likes to spend his time off with his wife, watching football, hockey, and riding his Harley.

So happy with my decision to call Precision. My 30÷ year old garage door didn't stay down so, after searching on line called them since same day service was offered. Joel and his trainee arrived within the agreed upon time frame, did the testing and told me all that was that needed to be done, just about everything but the door itself. Estimate was quoted. I asked how long the work would take and when Joel said he would start now and be done within 2 to 3 hours I gave him the go ahead. Work was completed within that time, pretty quietly, with garage left in great condition. Joel was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and gentlemanly as was his trainee. I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Wow. Called them and they came in just a few hours. They were kind enough to fit us in and it's a really busy day because garage door problems are always more prevalent just before a hurricane. I originally went with the company for the simple fact of brand recognition. The service I received from Joel Mullen was outstanding! This was my first experience having anything to do with my garage door. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed to work with him. He is a trusted sales representative who gave great recommendations for my needs! I was hesitant when speaking to the reservation rep because she was not able to give me an idea of pricing over the phone. She had someone call me back which was great! That individual was able to give me an idea of what to expect but truly the individual who made this experience great was Joel!!! Joel was very detail oriented and wanted the service to be perfect! In todays service culture, it was refreshing to work with someone like Joel! I would give the gentlemen 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond! I will request Joel for every service going forward and highly recommend Joel to friends and family! Please recognize Joel for his outstanding service! He deserves all the kudos!!!!!

Joel Mullen did an amazing job repairing our garage door. He replaced all the hardware, springs, pullies, cables, rollers, and a new opener. The man is a working machine. He was very neat and clean We will use he again.

Four stars instead of Five because the technician was not able to come during the 4-hour window that was scheduled. He did, however, call to say he would be an hour late. Bearings were replaced, and there was no place on the survey to indicate bearings.

Had our garage door fail the morning of August 4, 2022. Tried to reach out to the original installation company and was unsuccessful. Gave Precision a call and they were able to schedule a service call for that same afternoon. Joel, the service technician, arrived precisely on schedule and went to work. Within less than two hours Joel had our garage door fully functional, and replaced all necessary parts. At all times Joel was a perfect gentleman, answered all of our questions and was very thorough and professional.
