Joel Mullen was an outstanding technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our door system and presented us w a number of repair options and recommendations. We pretty much chose an overhaul w a new motor, rollers and electrical system. His installation was excellent. A second tech arrived and the job was completed! Joel then assisted us in downloading apps, creating Bluetooth connections etc to include reprogramming our autos. Very outstanding and both techs great ambassadors for your company.

Job: Garage Door Single door torsion conversion with Liftmaster 8155 7’ belt rail & 1 remote. Easy online booking appointment, even got a next day appointment on a Saturday! Technician Joel M. called when on his way and sent a text with his picture. Joel was very professional, had expert knowledge and skill set. I knew I was in good hands with getting my 43-year old garage door up to code (new springs, rollers, etc.) and a new Liftmaster garage door opener installed. All required parts were on the truck and job was completed in under 3 hours. Thanks so much Joel!

Our garage door broke over the weekend and they sent someone out Monday morning to diagnose the issue and to make the repairs. The technician (Joel) was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I appreciated the time he took to explain the problem and potential solutions, including the cost of those solutions. Our new system came with a phone app and he also took the time to help set everything up and to troubleshoot a few tech issues. No one wants unexpected repairs, but when they do occur it’s nice to have some like Joel to address them. Overall this was a great repair experience!

Our garage door was making a lot of noise. The chain rattled and the rollers screeched, so I called for service. Precision Door Service had good ratings, a pleasant human answered the phone and they provided a good appointment time. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection. The garage door is 19 years old, so I wasn’t surprised when he found some problems. He made recommendations that we agreed with, did the work right then and in a short time we had a modernized, very quiet garage door, Joel is personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they do a great job.

Purchased a new garage door motor 7/21 the remote had issues opening the door. They came and gave me a new remote, still the same problems. I have a terrible disability can only get in my home through the garage. I ordered an additional remote since I'm terrified of not being able to get in my house. Still same problem, it was not a remote problem but garage door motor. Called owner was in tears. Mr. Cain made it right gave me a top of the line motor at no cost to me. A difference of night and day. Thank you for helping me will highly recommend your company and the technician Joel was wonderful and respectful. Thanks all of you.

Came out the next day when called to set up service and problem was fixed in a couple of hours. Appreciate the follow up afterwards as well to make sure all went well. One of the torsion springs on our very old 16x7 garage door broke. We called Precision around 9am on a Tuesday morning and by 9:20 Joel called and said he was on the way, he arrived by 10:00. After Joel's in depth inspection of our garage door system he confirmed our suspicions that we should consider replacing the whole thing. He went over all our options and pricing and needless to say we have a new door and operator (opener) on the way! In the mean time he replaced the two torsion springs to get the old door working again until the new one arrives. Joel is very knowledgeable and an excellent technician. we look forward to working with him again when the new door is installed. Thank you !

I called for an estimate for a garage door replacement. When the technician came my garage opener was working good no problems. They took it apart left wires hanging and loose. They didn’t not put it back to together properly and it was not working when they leave. I called and they told me they couldn’t send anyone out until the next day to fix fix. Very unprofessional service. If I can give a zero on the review I would. Do not use precision garage door stay away from them.
