Purchased a new garage door motor 7/21 the remote had issues opening the door. They came and gave me a new remote, still the same problems. I have a terrible disability can only get in my home through the garage. I ordered an additional remote since I'm terrified of not being able to get in my house. Still same problem, it was not a remote problem but garage door motor. Called owner was in tears. Mr. Cain made it right gave me a top of the line motor at no cost to me. A difference of night and day. Thank you for helping me will highly recommend your company and the technician Joel was wonderful and respectful. Thanks all of you.

Came out the next day when called to set up service and problem was fixed in a couple of hours. Appreciate the follow up afterwards as well to make sure all went well. Had called a different company prior who stated they would call me next day between a certain time frame and still have not heard back from them. Appreciate precision doors service.

One of the torsion springs on our very old 16x7 garage door broke. We called Precision around 9am on a Tuesday morning and by 9:20 Joel called and said he was on the way, he arrived by 10:00. After Joel's in depth inspection of our garage door system he confirmed our suspicions that we should consider replacing the whole thing. He went over all our options and pricing and needless to say we have a new door and operator (opener) on the way! In the mean time he replaced the two torsion springs to get the old door working again until the new one arrives. Joel is very knowledgeable and an excellent technician. we look forward to working with him again when the new door is installed. Thank you !

First of all, I feel this is a very reputable company. My scheduled appointment was set between 10-noon. I received a call letting me know the technician was going to be closer to Noon. What company does this? Shortly after I received a phone call from the technician who said he was 26 minutes away. Again, this was really nice to know, and most companies are not that considerate of their customers. Technician, Joel, from Precision Door came out to my home and did an Indepth checkup. He showed me the burnt-out portions of the circuit board and safety issues with the door. I greatly appreciated his thorough explanation and when he completed his work. He left everything clean and tidy. Very impressed with this company and Joel.

Our garage door stopped opening and we needed help, quick. I called precision, they answered the phone immediately. I spoke to a person that I could understand and who took action. This was on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday 12/2, am, Joel, the technician arrived right on time and even emailed us in advance. In a short amount of time he told us what had to be done and what the price would be. He had all the parts with him and went right to work. He was very professional explaining the various Items needed and answered all our questions. Later that morning the door worked much better then it ever did. He had a thorough knowledge of the products and took us through all the features of our new opener. We could not be happier, and recommend Precision in the highest manner.

So happy with my decision to call Precision. My 30÷ year old garage door didn't stay down so, after searching on line called them since same day service was offered. Joel and his trainee arrived within the agreed upon time frame, did the testing and told me all that was that needed to be done, just about everything but the door itself. Estimate was quoted. I asked how long the work would take and when Joel said he would start now and be done within 2 to 3 hours I gave him the go ahead. Work was completed within that time, pretty quietly, with garage left in great condition. Joel was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and gentlemanly as was his trainee. I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

I originally went with the company for the simple fact of brand recognition. The service I received from Joel Mullen was outstanding! This was my first experience having anything to do with my garage door. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed to work with him. He is a trusted sales representative who gave great recommendations for my needs! I was hesitant when speaking to the reservation rep because she was not able to give me an idea of pricing over the phone. She had someone call me back which was great! Four stars instead of Five because the technician was not able to come during the 4-hour window that was scheduled. He did, however, call to say he would be an hour late. Bearings were replaced, and there was no place on the survey to indicate bearings.

Had our garage door fail the morning of August 4, 2022. Tried to reach out to the original installation company and was unsuccessful. Gave Precision a call and they were able to schedule a service call for that same afternoon. Joel, the service technician, arrived precisely on schedule and went to work. Within less than two hours Joel had our garage door fully functional, and replaced all necessary parts. Our garage door was making a lot of noise. The chain rattled and the rollers screeched, so I called for service. Precision Door Service had good ratings, a pleasant human answered the phone and they provided a good appointment time. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection. The garage door is 19 years old, so I wasn’t surprised when he found some problems. He made recommendations that we agreed with, did the work right then and in a short time we had a modernized, very quiet garage door, Joel is personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they do a great job.
