Joel Mullen moved here from Olean, New York with his wife and 2 dogs. He came to work for us in January 2022. He brought with him several years of knowledge in service and installing garage doors. He likes to spend his time off with his wife, watching football, hockey, and riding his Harley.

Repared flashing around door for a good seal. Old flashing was sticking to door and causing hesitation for the opener. Works good now. Joel did a good job quickly and neatly. .

My garage door opener pooped out. I called several companies for an estimate. Precision was in contact with me almost immediately. After establishing the cost of replacing my opener, the opener was replaced with a quality belt driven opener, very quiet. He also suggested replacing the door rollers. My door now works perfectly, is quiet, and the repairman lubricated all the moving parts. Job well done. Would recommend their services.

Signed a contract on 11/20/2023 for a new garage door and opener, several weeks and several unreturned calls from Amy and still no install date, just excuses, first waiting on permit, then looking for a new vendor. Time to send a certified letter requesting cancellation and refund. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. It has now bern over 30 days of lies.

Excellent response time from start to finish less than 48 hours to rebuild/replace garage door operator system bringing it in to the current decade in terms of functionality. Contacted Precision on 11/16 and the work was completed to satisfaction, job site cleaned and system operational by end of day 11/17. Joel the estimator did an assessment of what we needed variable on repair vs total replacement and due to the fact the property is going to be on the market in the coming year we opted for repair saving over $2000. Chris the technician and his manager who arrived onsite to assist worked as a team non-stop until the job was done. The LiftMaster system has a myQ APP that ties to our existing systems. Would recommend Precision Door Service without hesitation.
