Our garage door wasn’t working properly after an extended power outage. We called as soon as our power was restored, just a day an a half after a hurricane, and they were able to come the very same day. Thomas was the awesome technician and he got us up and running in no time and was smiling, friendly, patient, and professional the whole time. This company really is a cut above the rest. It’s our second time using them and this experience was as great as the first!

I was referred by a friend who highly recommended Precision Door Service. My garage door opener needed to be replaced from a lightning strike and I called the company the next morning on Saturday and the repair man,Thomas, was at my residence by 3:30 that afternoon. Thomas did an excellent job of inspecting my garage door, catching a couple of things I had not realized were a problem. He replaced my springs and installed new neoprene rollers. Thomas was amazing. Stright to the point, made an adjustment to where the screw drive was mounted, swapped out the trolley that had old warn teeth and the 20+ year old unit is as good as new. Thanks again.
