Jordan Nein was born and raised in Florida. Before joining Precision Garage Door Service, Jordan worked in Law Enforcement as a Correctional Officer. He decided that he wanted to learn a new skill that allows him to continue providing a service to the community. Jordan enjoys spending his time off kayaking, boating and off-roading with his Jeep.

My 2001 jerry rigged garage door opener died. I thought maybe it could be fixed. I was not that lucky. Jacob came to look and suggest the most likely thing that can be done. At this time I cannot put so much money in to the opener. But Jacob was so nice, understanding and helpful.

Next day service. Quick assessment. Showed and explained what was wrong. Was given concise information and cost of what was needed to repair. Two wonderful professional gentleman proceeded to replace the broken and worn items. Plus more operational information about my equipment was also given to me before departure. I called just yesterday regarding the chain on my garage door, it started popping right after we had a screen installed. The woman who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable, even offering to send someone out yesterday. We scheduled for today. Jordan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately; offered solutions, costs and the pros and cons for all options. He ended up repairing the problem within minutes then offered to lubed the door for us. He probably wasn't here 30 minutes in total and we are 100% satisfied with the result. A delightful technician to work with and good work too. A++

Everything in this world has changed, but this company offers customer service that reminds me of the good old days! I called a company who I used before and they couldn’t come out until next week. I then looked at reviews and called Precision Door. They were at my house within two hours! They did not charge to inspect the opener and the tech, Jordan, was the nicest young man I’ve ever encountered on a service call. Precision Garage Door Service did a great job replacing my garage door springs. I was pleased that when I called on a holiday that they were staffed to take calls and willing to book an appointment. Jordan, the technician they sent was courteous,prompt and called ahead to be sure we were prepared for his arrival in the early morning. He was very thorough and explained that in addition to the springs the bearings were worn as well, which we opted to replace. I'm happy with the service they provided,and level of professionalism they displayed in our repair situation. I would feel confident to recommend them, and use them again.

5 stars all the way around! Called for a repair Saturday morning at 7:05 AM and had a tech, Jordan Nein at the house by 8:20 AM. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Walked us through the entire repair and gave us great pointers for maintenance to keep everything running smooth. Cannot recommend this company or Jordan Nein enough!

On a Saturday afternoon we discovered our garage door’s torsion spring had broken and our garage would not even open manually. Fortunately, Precision Door Service was open on Saturday and dispatched a technician by the name of Jordan to our house that afternoon. Jordan was extremely professional and also did a full inspection of our garage door and was very thorough in explaining our options. We never felt like he was pushing us to do additional work. Jordan did a great job in replacing the torsion springs and giving our garage door a tune-up. He even spent part of his Saturday night to get the job done right instead of just rushing to finish early. Our garage door operates more smoothly than ever. Two thumbs up. Precision door obviously hires very qualified technicians.

Precision Doors came out to my house and reviewed my issue with a new garage door opener that I had previously installed. The technician was professional and all the way through the process keep me informed as to what my issue was and what were my options. Upon completion of his analysis, he made sure that I understood the problem and since it was a part still under warranty, he called the manufacture and started the process of ordering the part. Precision Doors did an outstanding job of going the extra mile and did it with expert skillfulness. I was so pleased with the service I had the specialist replace the springs in the system. I am very pleased with the proficiency of the technician and the company.
