Eric joined the US Navy right out of high school. He spent five years as an aircraft firefighter and completed two deployments supporting operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. He returned home to spend time with his friends and family. Eric received the Residential Door Systems Technician Certification from the IDEA.

eric was a pleasant well mannered man as was his helper, sorry I forgot his name. Eric surveyed the problems with my door by watching its operation. He refered to his computer and reset the linkage on the door. to be honest I was a little skeptical but to my surprise it has been working for 3 days.
