Precision Garage Door was my 1st choice, even though I am new to the Ocala area. The fact that their techs are company hires and not subcontractors was a major plus. The tech rep that services my needs (Jan), was polite, candid, honest, and professional in his assessment of my issues. He explained options to me to consider for my service needs based on my decision on how to proceed. At the end of the day, I chose the prudent, conservative route, which was to make a complete and correct repair, vs. a quick/bandaid repair. Jans approach to sell and service the product came with no pressure, only an honest approach to inform the customer.

Was having issues with one of my garage openers. Beau came out and listened to my issues and evaluated my systems. Beau was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. Beau gave me an honest evaluation of my equipment and several options to repair or replaced. He was not pushing anything and gave honest trustworthy advice. I respected his knowledge and trustworthy advice. Beau installed a new garage opener and made some repairs to the door. Very professional work and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

We just moved to Ocala and didn’t know who to call when our garage door quit working. Saw their excellent reviews and called them on a Saturday and they came out the next day (Sunday) and replaced the garage door all within about an hour and a half with no weekend service charge. We highly recommend them!

Bo came out to assess our damaged door which was partially off the rail on one side. He was there within a couple of hours of my call! He came up with a very reasonable plan to fix it and came back the next day with parts and got the door back to working order, actually better than before the damage. He explained what he needed to do very well, gave me some options etc and he was very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend.

My garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision Garage Doors and was able to get a Saturday appointment. That alone, was a A+ for me. Then, Thomas comes to my home, immediately he was very impressive. Very polite, then in no time he has both doors working. Thomas is the BEST!!! He explained everything in detail, reprogramed both garage doors and remotes in no time. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciate his kindness and the garage door education he gave me. While changing my rollers I screwed up and the cables came loose. They charged 350 dollars for an hours worth of labor to put my own cables back on. The invoice said rehang door. Will never call them again! The tech told me if I wanted the door quiet I would need to change to a belt drive. B.S I lubed it myself and now it's quiet!

I had a very good experience with my technician. He was courteous & polite. I ended replacing a wall door opener that was defective. He also said my opener had bad springs & shaft. I had the springs, shaft replaced & then serviced. I thought the price was pretty high but I knew the price before the work was done. I can’t complain. Overall I was pleased with the experience. I do seem to have one small issue. 3 times when closing the door it reverses & opens again. I may need to have a technician back out if this keeps happening. Thank you, Jerry Graham
