Chris came on time with a Text of his persona we discussed what I wanted to achieve , He had a whole new garage door opener system on his truck. I insisted for a "name brand" unit. he took out my old Sears chain drive opener and went though the process of installing a new ( quiet) GENIE BELT drive system with two clickers. Done !! I helped a little he took away all the old stuff. HAPPY DAY.

While at Spanish Springs listening to music, someone stole my remote from golf cart. I called Precision of Ocala they were able to get me in that day! Tyler Ming was the technician that came out. He was very pleasant, polite, respectful of my property, etc. I can't say enough about him! He was great! He explained everything to me. While there he inspected everything and tuned up my system. I'm a very happy customer!!!

Dillan Thrasher, the Precision Garage Door technician, installed a new belt drive garage door opener, replacing the current failing unit. Dillan was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He arrived on schedule, completed the replacement job in a timely fashion, and ensured everything was working correctly, including my in-car remotes and outdoor keypad. My garage door stopped working so I asked them to come out and look at it. They were able to repair it without having to replace it. It only cost me $50. I was able to get estimates on replacing my entire door system. The repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s hard these days to find someone you trust. Thanks guys
