The repairman was knowledgeable and respectful and did a great job figuring out the problem and then installing a new opener and parts to make our garage door work quietly and smooth as well as install a new opener.

Mike was my service technician. He advised me that parts for a 25, year old genie were no longer available. New sensors were not compatible with the old units. Mike installed a new Genie, took about an hour and a half or so, and runs much quitter, then the old unit. All accomplished in one service call.
