Was shopping for a garage opener to replace my old broken one. A representative from your company, a Mr.Joel Mullins came to my place today. He did everything in his power to help me. I have a son missing his legs and a diabetic. I am committed to helping him but his care has been costly and hard on me physically. He offered me an opener I could afford fixed my springs and rollers and offered me three interest free payments. Now I can get my son’s wheelchair in and out of my car without taking trips in and out to open the house, garage and do it again and again. I just want to thank you for sending me Joel today, because if him my load is a little less heavy!

Very prompt and professional service. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star is that the only thing that was not working with our double door garage opener were the safety sensors. Instead of only those being replaced, we were told they don’t make those parts anymore (might be true, but I didnt research it) and that they only carry high end models of openers in the truck (cost approx $1,200). We said no way, then Tech offered to call office to see if got permission to install a Commercial one they have on the truck they install for Contractors/Builders for approx $800. While they checked, I checked Lowes and found many with Installation for much less. So, they l lowered their price. But install was fast and Tech was very pleasant. Hopefully it was true that that safety parts for that model are no longer available and we didn’t replace the whole unit needlessly.

Awesome company. Started with Ryan coming to the house and showing us the samples to pick from and the time for installing would be the following week. Compared to other companies that would take six weeks. Mike, Jordan and Shawn came when they said they would. Jordan went over the items and amount, to make sure it was right. They said it would take 4 hours and it did. The guys sure know what they are doing and very professional. Before they departed Mike went over everything with us, set up code for the garage panel. The garage door is so quiet now and safe. No more cracks. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

I trusted the “professional” and trusted the quotes on the parts he was giving me. To me it seemed high, but he assured me that those were the prices. He quoted me almost $200 for each lift cable drum, when the most expensive one at Home Depot is $25. I expect an up charge, but that is outrageous. And the list can go on. I ended up paying over $1600 for less than 2 hours of labor and less than $500 of parts. I should’ve called around like my husband said. I believe I got the “pink tax”. On top of it all, they don’t even offer a veterans discount… not that it couldn’t offset their outrageous charges.

Daniel did an excellent job evaluating the damage and explaining the necessary repairs and cost. He completed the job in a timely manner. Joe was very professional and very knowledgeable. He showed up when scheduled and got right to work. Showed me the problems and gave me the options to repair. Once I selected what I wanted done he got busy. He did a thorough and professional job. I had said I wasn't going to do a review, but since I got emailed one I felt maybe I should. I wouldn't recommend Precision Door. I had two company's (including yours) that tell me I have the wrong springs installed. The irony is, your company installed them and won't stand behind them. Yes, it was before I bought the home with the springs, but I am shocked when the company that installed them, says they are wrong, yet, won't replace them, but they will sell me new ones. Then, the head unit is bad (possibly because of wrong springs?) Of course, they will sell me a new head unit. Joel, the tech, calls "the boss" and gets me "special pricing". It reminded me of buying a vehicle. (let me talk to my manager). All in all, very disappointed in Precision Door. I would neither recommend nor use them.

I called to see if they had time to repair my garage door. They told me they would be out within 4 hours. They were here within an hour. They did a great job getting the door operational. I Will look into if we need a new panel. Price was reasonable
