I called Precision Garage Door for the first time and I am very glad I did. Joel Mullen was the service representative and he explained everything before starting the repair. I needed one new garage opener , new rollers on both doors , and some other work. Joel did a great job, the doors are like brand new. I will ONLY be called Precision in the future. Thank you

Joel was our technician. Very informative and knowledgeable about his products and services. Put out more than I was hoping to, but he did explain what each part would do and how it worked with other parts. Comes with a nice warranty also!

The technician arrived early for our appointment. Our garage door would re-open occasionally after closing. After reviewing the situation, our technician, Joel Mullen determined our 20 year old system needed a complete overhaul. He was extremely helpful and professional in helping us choose the right options. We highly recommend Joel Mullen of Precision Garage Door Services. He is an asset to the company!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. The mechanic, Joe, arrived promptly and immediately started work to replace the springs on my garage door. He was friendly and efficient and fast. The price was very reasonable for the work that was done. I will not hesitate to recommend this business to my friends.

Your representative, Joel Mullen, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the garage door issues that needed to be repaired or replaced. And after the installation and repairs were completed, he insured the garage was in better shape than when he arrived. An exceptional person all the way around. Thank you all very much. (by the way this review doesn't allow me to select all the services that were done, or all the items purchased only one each)

Repared flashing around door for a good seal. Old flashing was sticking to door and causing hesitation for the opener. Works good now. Joel did a good job quickly and neatly. .

He was knowledgeable, professional, proficient and courteous. I highly recommend Precision Door and if you're very lucky, Joel Mullen will be your tech as well.

We contacted Precision Door for some much needed maintenance work on our garage door, as well as installing an exterior key pad. Joel arrived within 30 minutes of our call, made us aware of various issues, and provided detailed options with prices. The work was completed the same afternoon. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done by Joel and Thomas. They were both very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. We would highly recommend this business.

My garage door opener pooped out. I called several companies for an estimate. Precision was in contact with me almost immediately. After establishing the cost of replacing my opener, the opener was replaced with a quality belt driven opener, very quiet. He also suggested replacing the door rollers. My door now works perfectly, is quiet, and the repairman lubricated all the moving parts. Job well done. Would recommend their services.

Signed a contract on 11/20/2023 for a new garage door and opener, several weeks and several unreturned calls from Amy and still no install date, just excuses, first waiting on permit, then looking for a new vendor. Time to send a certified letter requesting cancellation and refund. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. It has now bern over 30 days of lies.
