I originally went with the company for the simple fact of brand recognition. The service I received from Joel Mullen was outstanding! This was my first experience having anything to do with my garage door. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed to work with him. He is a trusted sales representative who gave great recommendations for my needs! I was hesitant when speaking to the reservation rep because she was not able to give me an idea of pricing over the phone. She had someone call me back which was great! Joel Mullen did an amazing job repairing our garage door. He replaced all the hardware, springs, pullies, cables, rollers, and a new opener. The man is a working machine. He was very neat and clean We will use he again.

Four stars instead of Five because the technician was not able to come during the 4-hour window that was scheduled. He did, however, call to say he would be an hour late. Bearings were replaced, and there was no place on the survey to indicate bearings.
