Zion was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options and the cost for each one of them completely. Once he explained the options, I made a decision as to what I wanted and he completed the job in two or three hours. He also programmed the new garage motor and the older one for the second door. He even gave me a second remote for my detached garage and programmed that remote with the existing motor. A thoroughly professional job.
Hi Charles Pettit, Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door of Ocala! We're happy to hear that your garage door technician, Zion, provided clear explanations and took the time to walk you through your options. We're glad that the garage door installation and programming met your expectations, and that the extra attention to your detached garage was helpful. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

I called Precision to repair a garage door for one of my sellers after reading their Google reviews and am so thankful I did. Mike showed up within the first 20 minutes of our scheduled timeframe and was able to get the pricing that my sellers were most comfortable with and repair it right on the spot. He even followed up to tell me when it was completed and give me even better news that the repair fixed another issue we thought might be a problem. It was an excellent outcome and I’ll definitely call them again. Plus, Mike was easy to talk to and a great resource for other needs.
It’s great to hear you had such a positive experience with us, Kristen. We’re glad everything went smoothly and that the extra follow-up brought even better results than expected. Thank you for putting your trust in Precision Garage Door Service of Ocala (Gainesville) and for sharing your experience. We appreciate your recommendation, and we’ll be here whenever you need us again.
