6 year old motor went dead. Called for service around lunchtime. There by 4pm to diagnose and back in the morning by 9:00 to install and give the whole system a tune up. I have to be looking at the door to know it's moving it's is so quiet. Super nice technician.

Clearly explained what could be done to improve the performance of the garage door and add to its lifetime. Performed quality work in under the estimated time and gave a thorough explanation of everything that was done. Unfortunately had to call them back a couple of weeks later because the first repairman missed something that was obvious to the second as soon as he looked the door. Compared to competitors way overpriced.

My dog grabbed the eye on my garage door. I called Precision and the lady said they would out between 8 and 11. I told her I have a doctors appointment and have to leave at 11. She put me in for the first call of the day. The technician was great. He repaired my door and even found a Senior discount. Thank you Precision!
