Scheduled a visit For a single garage door repair , replace tracks and some hinges . Your employee gave me an estimate of $3,3xx. dollars to repair the problem . A new door install from your company was $1,9xx. dollars . If you have white hair , beware of this company . I am incredulous from the repair estimate . It was enough money to replace two or three doors . I would call this company poor for their estimate . I do not write bad reviews , but this just needs to be seen by prospective customers .

First, I was thrilled to get a same day appointment! He came 30 minutes into the time frame of 12 to 4. Also the service technician was able to figure out the problem quickly. He had all the parts he needed in the truck. (He even had a new garage door opener if I had needed one, which I'm glad I didn't!) I couldn't be more pleased. I called your company previously when the spring broke so I just looked at the sticker on the door when I had this problem and knew the service would be good. Thank you!

I phoned and the guy was here within 2 hours! What other company does that? A few years ago, I phoned them and got the same speedy service. He replaced the required parts immediately--no need to inspect and do a follow up appointment. OK, wasn't cheap but I bet it wasn't out of line with what others would have charged. 28-year-old garage door like brand new again! Thank you, Precision!

Precision Garage Door Service was great. We had a spring break at about 8 am and when I called I was told someone would arrive between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The technician got here just after 10:00 and went over all the items he would check out. We needed a new automatic opener in addition to the spring. He went right to work and completed the job in two hours. He explained all the new equipment and controls. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement items.

Absolutely fabulous! Garage door wouldn't open. I called at 7am and Rob was there by 8:30am. Door was realigned, straightened and weather stripping was adhered to the bottom. This business does it right the first time because they also installed the door efficiently.

I was apprehensive about getting my "dead" garage door back in working order on a Sunday morning. I phoned Precision and was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment for a few hours later that same Sunday a.m. The truck and technician arrived very punctually and I was impressed with his technical knowledge and easily established rapport with me. But what most impressed me was his obvious dedication to safety at all costs. He carefully explained what had caused the problem and after an inspection of the door an its attachments, he explained what had happened and what had to be done to fix it...then and there. He was a hard working technician and got the door back in better working order than it had been before the problem arose. If he's representative of the company's service, I'll be back if there is ever a problem with the door. Oh, and the price was very reasonable. I'm a VERY happy customer!

I tried to leave home at 5:30am to be at work by 6:00am but the garage door wouldn't open. I did some trouble shooting and saw that one of the OHD springs had broken. I released the door opener trolley but I was only able to manually raise the door about 12 inches. I had seen Precision's trucks working at some other homes in our neighborhood in the past and my wife remembered their TV commercials. I scheduled a service call on-line at about 6:15am and received a commitment window of 10:00am to 2:00pm. The service technician called at 10:05 and said that he was on his way and he arrived at about 10:15am. He quickly diagnosed the problems as one broken spring and worn-out door rollers. He replaced both springs and all 10 rollers, lubricated all new parts and all of the hinges, adjusted all new and old parts, and tested the entire system for proper operation. I gave this review a 5-star rating for the following reasons: 1. Easy to use on-line scheduling system. 2. Quick committment window 3. On-time Arrival 4. All required parts were in stock on the truck 5. Ulises Castillo was a very knowledgeable and professional service technician. I would definitely refer Precision and Ulises to friends and family as well as call on them again if I ever need help with garage doors in the future.

Beau arrived on time. Was dressed vey professionaly and dressed in a uniform with logo and name. He was very patient while I explained the issue with my door. After hearing my explaination he decided that he door sensors were the issue and replaced them. The door began to work properly and all was well until the next day when the door would not close after being left open for a while. I called and reported the issue. They scheduled Beau for a return visit the very next day. After troubleshooting the issue he discovered that the logic board may have failed. They no longer manufacture this board as the unit is vey old, sooo the unit needed replacement. I was very happy that the cost of the repair the day before was credited back to the replacement invoice. I was very impressed that all the parts needed were on his service truck and another appointment would not be needed. Beau and his assistant completed the replacement in record time and explained how the door operated before leaving. The garage was cleaned thoroughly and looked as if they had never been there! I highly reccomend this company for any garage door repair or replacement.
