This is a 1st rate company. My technician, Jordan Nein, was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He assessed my door issues, explained which components needed attention and proceeded to repair what was needed. After adjusting everything he recommended a few maintenance things that I will address as needed. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing garage door repairs.

Mike was my service technician. He advised me that parts for a 25, year old genie were no longer available. New sensors were not compatible with the old units. Mike installed a new Genie, took about an hour and a half or so, and runs much quitter, then the old unit. All accomplished in one service call.

I was happy to see a company that stands out from vehicle and the uniform the presentation sold me but when the tech. AKA Jordan started to inspect my garage door and advise me of the things that were in need of some attention I knew this company was good. He didn’t force me or moch me into the repairs of an old garage door he just gave me his professional experience and left it in my hands. Very professional team from the front desk on the phone call to the tech (Beau) that came out and worked on my garage door. I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything on my door to be right. It was found that one of the springs went bad. He recognized that and also that I could use additional braces across my door to meet the wind restriction code. Very happy with the work Beau did.

I was referred by a friend who highly recommended Precision Door Service. My garage door opener needed to be replaced from a lightning strike and I called the company the next morning on Saturday and the repair man,Thomas, was at my residence by 3:30 that afternoon.
