Once I decided, he completed the installation within a few hours and my old garage door is better than new! He converted from an old cable system to new springs and rollers. Our garage door wasn’t working properly after an extended power outage. We called as soon as our power was restored, just a day an a half after a hurricane, and they were able to come the very same day. Thomas was the awesome technician and he got us up and running in no time and was smiling, friendly, patient, and professional the whole time. This company really is a cut above the rest. It’s our second time using them and this experience was as great as the first!

Mike was my service technician. He advised me that parts for a 25, year old genie were no longer available. New sensors were not compatible with the old units. Mike installed a new Genie, took about an hour and a half or so, and runs much quitter, then the old unit. All accomplished in one service call.
