Precision Garage Door sent Michael Lewis to check our old garage door motor. After a complete examination, Michael showed us what was needed, and gave us a number of options to choose from. Once we agreed, he proceeded to install the new motor, replaced/repaired hinges, rollers, etc., then demonstrated how the new motor worked. This house was built in 2004, and the garage door motor had been replaced in 2011, yet it never opened or closed Quietly. It is Very Quiet now! Michael Lewis worked non-stop and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Precision Garage door and Michael Lewis!

My Garage door situation was pretty bad. Door itself was fine, but the entire top-end, and system that makes it go up and down was in bad shape. Booked Precision online for the next morning and they showed right up ready to go. A Little pricey but very professional with clear communication and estimates. You get what you pay for in my experience and their work shows. No shady stuff. They got me back up and running like new and QUICK! Would highly recommend!

Precision Garage Door sent Michael Lewis to give me an estimate to replace my garage door opener. He examined everything, gave me an estimate, with a discount which I agreed to & installed the new opener on the spot! Michael Lewis was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked through the heat without complaint. This house was built in 2004, and we were used to hearing a lot of noise when the door was raised. Once the new motor was installed we could heard the door going up! For the quiet and peace of mind alone, I will call on Precision Garage Door company, and ask for Michael Lewis, for any and all future needs! Thank you!

I have always been very happy with the services of Precision Garage Door, who had installed my garage door and lift mechanism several years ago. In this instance, when the door was being closed, it hit the floor with too high an impact rather than decelerating as it approached the floor. This was a relatively recent development. I assumed it needed an adjustment, so I called Precision, who immediately sent out a technician who advised me that the motor was too weak for the heavy garage door. He said that at the time the system was originally installed, a more powerful motor was unavailable, and so now I needed a more powerful motor such as a LiftMaster, which cost $2200. He seemed very competent as he installed the new motor and mechanism. It seems to work all right (it decelerates as it approaches the floor), but why, if it was supposed to be more powerful than the original motor, does it run at about one-third the speed of the old one? Also, it comes with accessories called MyQ which seems to be a home theft prevention system with cameras and is connected to the house WiFi. To me, this is an added nuisance which I didn't need. It turns out that the MyQ software has to be updated periodically and the owner must then pay a subscription fee. I like to keep things simple. I don't like the fact that I was upsold a much more expensive system with unneeded features and it was too bad that the old system couldn't simply be adjusted.

A spring broke rendering the garage door unusable. Precision was able to come to my house and check it out the same day. Their Service Technician, Michael Lewis, was amazing. He worked with me on the price and recommended what he analyzed as the most effective/necessary repairs. (It was more than the broken spring that needed attention.) My garage door now raises and lowers like it's rolling over velvet. You can barely hear it. Use Precision and you won't be disappointed.
