The technician repairing our doors, Thomas Norman, gave a thorough assessment of the health of our equipment, and broke down a detailed cost estimate and risk analysis of various courses of action. The results of his effort are spectacular. The doors operate quietly and benefit from the addition of spare parts intended to make the door structure more rugged.

Knowledgeable, Professional, and Reliable! I know because they came back as promised to fix a minor challenge I had. They fixed and warrantied a previous installation by the Door Doctor which turns out was a mess. I am putting them on Our Community Vendor Listing so that I share with our 3,250 homes (probably close to 6k residents) a good Company that we can trust. I am an influencer in our community, so I hope they do good with this review! My challenges, cost me 3.5 K but I know I've got a GREAT SYSTEM NOW with a good warranty.

What a great company. I called at 3PM and my garage door spring was replaced by 6PM. The technician was highly professional, polite and explained my options in detail. He wasn’t overly aggressive trying to sell me on replacing aging equipment which I appreciated. He was a real gentleman, wasn’t overly aggressive , very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly like a real expert would. You have really good people working for you. Appreciate him.

Dakota came to replace my garage door. He called ahead and arrived in a timely fashion. Although I offered to move anything in the garage that was in the way he moved it himself. Once finished Dakota educated me on all the maintenance and materials. There was a small imperfection in the bottom seal of the door and he replaced immediately. Very pleasant and great work!

This was the the best service we have EVER received for anything! There are not to many companies that will come out on a weekend without charging a fee, welll this is one of them and to probably have there best employee on top of that. Joel is my dude! He re-built my garage door. Did we meet your expectations? Actually, no. Exceeded my expectations thanks to Joel. Did we solve your problem? Yes. Joel also diagnosed and fixed potential future problems. Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Yes.
