My Precision Door was installed 6 years ago and I ask that the door be inspected for any issues over that time. The Precision Door Mechanic, Solomon arrived on time. He preformed an inspection of the install. He recommended spring replacement which I agreed with. He checked all other door parts and lubricated all moving parts. Alignment was checked and motor inspected. Door was operated several times for proper operation. Area was completely cleaned. I would highly recommend Solomon as he was precise in his inspection, very knowledgeable in door upgrades and a great mechanic. I would have him back anytime I have a garage door issue.

One of the appeals of using this company was being able to select a day and time from the website that suited me before submitting all your personal details. I booked and I got an instant confirmation by sms. I followed up the next day by phone just to double check, got through instantly and was able to confirm their expected ETA. They turned up on time, gave me a price, one that would last 2 years and another 20 years. I needed the budget option which was two bearings and 2 springs which was a little short of $800. They came across as polite and courteous.

Have 2 remotes, keypad, and online camera to view deliveries from Amazon. And it's so quiet and has back-up batteries for when there are power outages. Wireless key pad.

A new Liftmaster 6580L Garage door opener was installed by this company three days. The technician also installed it to Homelink in my 2026 vehicle. It works but only from a distance of 15 ft. or less from the garage door opener inside the garage. I have older Liftmaster garage door opener in second garage which was installed three years ago by the same company which has the Homelink operating distance a lot longer than15 ft. I was not told this shorter range issue by the technician and I am very disappointed with the Liftmaster 6580L Garage door opener.

Called Precision because my garage door wouldn't open or close. I have a standard 7ft door connected to a 1/2 hp motor. After immediately getting out of the truck I was told I would need a new motor. The tech said he would put together an estimate and come get me when he was done. I was rather surprised when he came back with a $4000 job and a cheaper option as he put it of $2500. After looking it over I told him id get back to him. $250 at home depot and an hour an half later I saved myself $2250 to $3750. I dont recommend these scam artist.

Needed to reset and pair garage doors to the MYQ app. The service personnel were knowledgeable and patient in the reprogramming process. They were able to restore the connection with both the WiFi and the app!
