The call service was excellent and helped me make my next day appt. When you can't get your car out of the garage and Precision can come the next day, you are so thankful. Service tech, Bo/Beau was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, explained all the things he had found and then was quick with the repairs. Highly recommend Precision.

I was not pleased with the service that I received. When I made the appointment I was told that I would receive an estimate before any work was done. This was not the case. The repair was done (30 seconds to realign the sensors that I couldn't get to line up by myself) and then I was told I owed over $200 for the service fee without being given any sort of estimate first like I was promised. Very displeased. Would not recommend or use again.

Precision had installed a new bottom to the garage door and had caulked a rubber seal on the floor 3 months ago. Rob Wiggins came to help us with rainwater intruding into my garage during a severe rain storm. Rob took the time to make several adjustments to the way the garage door will make firmer contact with the floor rubber. Then he showed how to close the garage door a little bit firmer with my foot. Even though Rob drove a long way to my home and spent a lot of time, he said that there will be no service charge.

Our technician, Joshua was on time and very professional. He took the time to fully diagnose the multiple issues we had with our garage door and the garage door opener. He fully explained our options and the hardware options. Through out the repairs to the door and install of the new opener, he kept us up to date on progress and timeline of the repair. He took the time to fully explain the operation of the new opener. Our garage door is now as they say 'Whisper Quiet". Well, that 'small' job tuned out to be a rather involved job, but we had Joel Mullen for our technician and boy were we glad. Joel proved to be the person we would have chosen if we had a choice. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, explained everything we needed to know and was a wonderful person to do our job. He itemized every detail of the job and provided the least expensive avenue to help us save as much money as he could, including a 10% discount for my being a veteran. I recd a text prior from the company with a picture of the technician that would be coming. Joel was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. What a refreshing surprise! Why, because what I was told on the phone happened. There was no charge for the service call, and the repair person was knowledgeable in his craft. The work was thorough, and he provided total service, including programming our garage door openers. Everything was right, the truck was clean, and the uniformed repairman fixed what I could not do. Great job!

Was shopping for a garage opener to replace my old broken one. A representative from your company, a Mr.Joel Mullins came to my place today. He did everything in his power to help me. I have a son missing his legs and a diabetic. I am committed to helping him but his care has been costly and hard on me physically. He offered me an opener I could afford fixed my springs and rollers and offered me three interest free payments. Now I can get my son’s wheelchair in and out of my car without taking trips in and out to open the house, garage and do it again and again. I just want to thank you for sending me Joel today, because if him my load is a little less heavy!

Very prompt and professional service. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star is that the only thing that was not working with our double door garage opener were the safety sensors. Instead of only those being replaced, we were told they don’t make those parts anymore (might be true, but I didnt research it) and that they only carry high end models of openers in the truck (cost approx $1,200). We said no way, then Tech offered to call office to see if got permission to install a Commercial one they have on the truck they install for Contractors/Builders for approx $800. While they checked, I checked Lowes and found many with Installation for much less. So, they l lowered their price. But install was fast and Tech was very pleasant. Hopefully it was true that that safety parts for that model are no longer available and we didn’t replace the whole unit needlessly.
