Excellent service. Tech was great, courteous. Diagnosed the issues I had with garage door (popping noises), discovered other installation issues. Offered solutions and options and cost. Went right to work. My door now is soooo quiet when opening/closing compared to the racket it made before.

Chris came on time with a Text of his persona we discussed what I wanted to achieve , He had a whole new garage door opener system on his truck. I insisted for a "name brand" unit. he took out my old Sears chain drive opener and went though the process of installing a new ( quiet) GENIE BELT drive system with two clickers. Done !! I helped a little he took away all the old stuff. HAPPY DAY.

While at Spanish Springs listening to music, someone stole my remote from golf cart. I called Precision of Ocala they were able to get me in that day! Tyler Ming was the technician that came out. He was very pleasant, polite, respectful of my property, etc. I can't say enough about him! He was great! He explained everything to me. While there he inspected everything and tuned up my system.
