I had a Liftmaster opener installed so I can operate it remotely with my phone. Michael & Roland were friendly, professional and had the install done quickly. I installed 2 Liftmaster 8550’s at my home up north and I know they make a quality product. These are not big box store products! They may be a tad pricier, but if you want a quality product that’s going to last, you need to pay for it!

I had an emergency situation due to broken spring and cable with my car trapped inside. I have a thumper garage screen and the precision office said they could repair my door. Upon arrival the technician said they could only work on my door if the screen was removed. I wanted rid of the screen anyway so he removed the screen and repaired the door. The technician did a great job and I was very happy with the job he did. My only complaint would be the price I paid. Like I said I had an emergency situation and had to get the job done.

Adam and Bo came in to straighten out a job that another company did. I didn't know about you guys and hired the first company that came up with a Google search. They put in the wrong springs and the wrong cables. I know there is no chance of me recovering any of the money that I paid them, but I was happy to get my door straightened out with these guys!

Our Technician From Precision Door was on time called on his way to give us an estimated time he would be there and he was. He went over with us our problems and concerns and then did an inspection and proposed things to do to improve the safety and functionality of the door in order of the most important first to least important last and gave us option of picking and choosing what we wanted to have done then put together a price and we excepted and within an hr or 2 he was done everything he said he would do he did and went above and beyond anything we ever expected. We appreciated Precision coming out on Saturday we couldn't get our door up or down so we were very happy they were able to help us so quickly. We would say the price was on point for the quality and Professionalism the tech showed thru the whole process. Thanks Precision we will recomend you to all people that we know. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

NOT HELPFUL. On 4/30/26, I called Precision Garage Door Service of Ocala, spoke with a sales/dispatcher person who could not give me, or refer me to someone who could give me, an estimate for a: 3/4 HPc, belt-driven Liftmaster garage door opener (with interior wall controller, exterior key-pad, and 2 remote controllers) and its installation. That's all I wanted, for now. I was shopping around. Instead, she wanted to schedule a tech/installer to come to my house to give me an estimate. What? It's a joke, right? RO-MAC in Leesburg, FL will give you an over-the-phone or email estimate without an in-person, fee-based-visit, and/or send you an email message with an attached estimate/invoice.
