Thomas installed our garage door opener 3 years ago and came back today to do a tune up on our opener and replace our bottom door seal. It was nice seeing the same employee still doing great work.

A torsion spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision Garage Door Service of Ocala on a Sunday and the repairman arrived well within the time quoted. Jay (Dow) couldn't have been more professional and kind. No high pressure sales! He gave us our options and let "us" decide. He even gave us a teacher's discount! The job was done in no time and our door works much, much better than before! He educated me on everything concerning our garage door which was a plus. Things I never knew. My husband chose this service based on reviews he read. Technician was able to come the next day and came on time, giving me a “ window” at first, and then a 30 minute “ will be there” call. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issues with the door ( worn out springs). Had all he needed in truck and repair was done. Was here about one hour.
