Awesome company. Started with Ryan coming to the house and showing us the samples to pick from and the time for installing would be the following week. Compared to other companies that would take six weeks. Mike, Jordan and Shawn came when they said they would. Jordan went over the items and amount, to make sure it was right. They said it would take 4 hours and it did. The guys sure know what they are doing and very professional. Before they departed Mike went over everything with us, set up code for the garage panel. The garage door is so quiet now and safe. No more cracks. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

I trusted the “professional” and trusted the quotes on the parts he was giving me. To me it seemed high, but he assured me that those were the prices. He quoted me almost $200 for each lift cable drum, when the most expensive one at Home Depot is $25. I expect an up charge, but that is outrageous. And the list can go on. I ended up paying over $1600 for less than 2 hours of labor and less than $500 of parts. I should’ve called around like my husband said. I believe I got the “pink tax”. On top of it all, they don’t even offer a veterans discount… not that it couldn’t offset their outrageous charges.

Outstanding service. Immediate response to our call. Within three hours a Precision Door Mechanic was at our home. Daniel did an excellent job evaluating the damage and explaining the necessary repairs and cost. He completed the job in a timely manner. Daniel not only repairied the damaged door but put the door back into operation as if it were new. His professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. If only others in the service industry treated prospective customers as well as Daniel handled the Pucketts He should be rewarded for his work and be placed in a leadership role in your company, where he can train and manage other employees which in the end, will enhanse your company's business.
