We had an incredible experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Roland truly went above and beyond, it was unbelievable how much time and care he put into rebuilding our entire garage door system. He was patient as he had to wait for his coworker Hiram to arrive who travelled an hour and a half to assist, and they never rushed the process, making sure everything was done right….even at 9:30 on a Friday night. Both technicians who worked with us were polite, kind, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and craftsmanship. We’re so grateful for their work and would highly recommend Precision to anyone without hesitation.

The technician, Beau, did a fantastic job of exposing the issue. He offered me various levels of service. When he completed the job he explained how my door would run with less load by lubricating the door joints and he helped do the same to my golf cart garage door. He also helped me with my wall mount control panel. I highly recommend them.

Service person was Very Personable and talked to us on our level and showed concern. When I asked about the horrible screeching sound when the door was raised with the new motor, he said he would spray and it should get better. We now need to endure the inconvenience of another service visit for our Brand New opener to be relieved of the horrible screeching loud sounds when it is operated.

Felix was wonderful. He assessed my garage door issues. He offered several different approaches to solving the issues including different types springs, supports and the mechanical components. He thoroughly explained the differences and special features. Once I made the decision, he installed the new, very quiet garage door opening system in just a few hours. Then he explained how to use it and the security features. When I failed to understand the sensitivity of the motion detector light system, Percision Garage Door sent out another technician to explain it to me. Fantastic company. Very friendly staff.

Solomon was great to work with to update the motor, track and accessories. He explained everything and spent time adjusting and aligning the door itself. The door is so much quieter and moves across the tracks more easily. He helped me to link the remotes and website.

The repairman was very professional and polite. He explained all the repairs and the cost. He gave us options and didn’t pressure us to upgrade. Hopefully we won’t have anymore trouble but if we do we will definitely call Precision.

Ryan was my first contact at Precision, and my first of two other estimates. Right from the start, I knew Ryan was trustworthy and knowledgeable. The other companies compared well in price but not in availability or reliability. Ryan walked me through the process and cost of replacing the garage door and all off the corresponding parts. A few days later Mike and Mike arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They walked me through the minimal maintenance I should do to keep my new door at its best and helped me set the code to open the door from outside. They were nice, respectful and kind to my dog! The door looks great and works perfectly. I would recommend this company to any of my neighbors.

Joel came out, assessed my garage doors & I have no complaints. He did not do a hard sales job, thank God. He is fine with me looking over my estimate, etc., as mine is a large repair job. Jack Daniel, (yes it's his real name) deserves a shout out. He's the technician from "Precision Door" that repaired my broken garage door. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite and friendly and completed a major repair in a bout 45 mins. Sometimes we should just take the time to stop and reward excellent service. Was able to get a same day Saturday appointment for bad springs. I was contacted by phone and text prior to visit. They sent a photo of the technician! Thomas did a great job explaining the issue and what could be done to complete the job. He advised all options, warranty information also. I was very pleased with the efficiency and work that was done! Highly recommend!

Tech was on time and called ahead. He was knowledgeable and had all the required parts on his truck (springs and rod that were original from 1972 when the house was built). He even took a few minutes to replace some damaged wood and adjust and tighten all the rollers. After about 2 hours the garage was working better than it ever has.

After having a bad experience with another door company, we were given a referral by a friend who had used Precision Door before and gave great praise about their work. Now that we too have used them, I can't enough about them. They corrected our problem in a timely manner and within the agreed estimate. This work I wholly owe to the Technician Thomas who was very professional, Knowable and friendly to see work. I fully recommend using Precision first to anyone needing repairs don't make the same mistake we did.

We found Ryan Hunt to be a knowledgeable, professional person who arrived as scheduled. He explained the process and the options with clarity. The quoted price was quite high and about 40% more than expected after comparing the cost of similar doors. Oh no, suddenly garage door wouldn't open! It is a helpless feeling for anyone. However, I am a business owner and only hope my employees always perform at such a high level as your repairman, Solomon, did as your company's representative. You can be very proud of his professionalism, courtesy, and ability. In fact my entire experience with Precision outperforms every expectation one might have . From the initial call , ease of getting next day service, immediate confirmation by email of every detail before and after job was done was remarkably choreographed to perfection. Solomon arrived on time. He did thorough survey, diagnosed problems (mainly broken springs) and pointed out other concerns of wear (cracks on hinges and worn rollers and rusty cable etc) to avoid future breakdowns and gave me options of immediate needs to repair broken door mechanisms and costs of those plus other safeguard recommendations for future and those costs. It made the decisions so easy for me. Solomon was possibly the most courteous young repairman I've worked with here at this house since my husband died last January and it's all up to me now. It is very reassuring there is a company with employees like Solomon and the excellent office staffing who do scheduling and send out email confirmations. The employees in the field are "the Brand" and a company is only as good in the eyes of the public as these men and women. It was a Great Experience, in every way and I'll listen to that smooth garage door rolling up and down in the future and thank Precision. I'm not going to say Precision is lucky to have Solomon because the Corporation surely has high expectations of all its staffing. To Solomon, he was "just doing his job"...I wonder if he realizes how valuable that is. I hope he knows the peace of mind he leaves behind with every door he fixes. For sure, it's one less thing for this widow to worry about. Hats off to Precision!

After a bang and a jam I figured the door needed work. Went to the Precision website and found that even on a Saturday I could get an appointment. Zion showed up and started the work but it got late and we said he could finish Sunday. Unfortunately, he could not make it back so Joel came out and finished the job. All knew hardware and a new Genie opener. Couldn't be happier.
