Everything in this world has changed, but this company offers customer service that reminds me of the good old days! I called a company who I used before and they couldn’t come out until next week. I then looked at reviews and called Precision Door. They were at my house within two hours! They did not charge to inspect the opener and the tech, Jordan, was the nicest young man I’ve ever encountered on a service call. We have a new go-to company for our garage door needs and I’m so glad we called Precision Door! Thank you!

Precision Garage Door Service did a great job replacing my garage door springs. I was pleased that when I called on a holiday that they were staffed to take calls and willing to book an appointment. Jordan, the technician they sent was courteous,prompt and called ahead to be sure we were prepared for his arrival in the early morning. He was very thorough and explained that in addition to the springs the bearings were worn as well, which we opted to replace. I'm happy with the service they provided,and level of professionalism they displayed in our repair situation. I would feel confident to recommend them, and use them again.

5 stars all the way around! Called for a repair Saturday morning at 7:05 AM and had a tech, Jordan Nein at the house by 8:20 AM. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Walked us through the entire repair and gave us great pointers for maintenance to keep everything running smooth. Cannot recommend this company or Jordan Nein enough!

We contacted Precision Door for some much needed maintenance work on our garage door, as well as installing an exterior key pad. Joel arrived within 30 minutes of our call, made us aware of various issues, and provided detailed options with prices. The work was completed the same afternoon. My garage door opener pooped out. I called several companies for an estimate. Precision was in contact with me almost immediately. After establishing the cost of replacing my opener, the opener was replaced with a quality belt driven opener, very quiet. He also suggested replacing the door rollers. My door now works perfectly, is quiet, and the repairman lubricated all the moving parts. Job well done. Would recommend their services.

I was in need of a garage door company that might give me answers to my dilemma with my garage door openers . I looked online for a company and Precision was recommended. They sent a repair man out within two hours ! He looked at my system and tried to program the door openers but due to an older system was unable to do so . He did not charge me And I appreciated this being a single lady . Whenever my garage system breaks down .. it’s over 20 years old , I’ll surely call upon this company for a new installation. I was in the garage door business in Denver,CO for over 20 years so I'm very familiar with the day to day operations as a branch manager after Wayne Dalton bought the company I worked for. The experience I had today with your serviceman Jordon was so refreshing. Jordon was clean, polite and professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and proposed a solution at what appears to be a reasonable price. Living in a retirement community we've heard the horror stories of homeowners falling prey to less than honest trades. Signed a contract on 11/20/2023 for a new garage door and opener, several weeks and several unreturned calls from Amy and still no install date, just excuses, first waiting on permit, then looking for a new vendor. Time to send a certified letter requesting cancellation and refund. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. It has now bern over 30 days of lies.
