Dillan Thrasher, the Precision Garage Door technician, installed a new belt drive garage door opener, replacing the current failing unit. Dillan was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He arrived on schedule, completed the replacement job in a timely fashion, and ensured everything was working correctly, including my in-car remotes and outdoor keypad. He also inspected and lubricated my second garage door while on-site. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for anyone requiring repair or replacement of their garage door.

Kind, considerate, and helpful! Great communication throughout and gave very detailed information regarding all options and aspects of the repair, including costs, which were also reflected in the very detailed invoice. I called just yesterday regarding the chain on my garage door, it started popping right after we had a screen installed. The woman who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable, even offering to send someone out yesterday. We scheduled for today. Jordan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately; offered solutions, costs and the pros and cons for all options. He ended up repairing the problem within minutes then offered to lubed the door for us. He probably wasn't here 30 minutes in total and we are 100% satisfied with the result. A delightful technician to work with and good work too. A++

The service tech Joshua did a very thorough job, explaining what the problems were and showing us the list of parts and options. I contacted Precision 3 years ago when I needed a new garage door opener. I was pleased with the service and called again to schedule today’s service. Scheduling online was simple and the technician arrived on time, assessed the door and did necessary maintenance. Chris was polite and explained what needed to be done. He helped me program the myQ device and made sure all was working well before he left

Everything in this world has changed, but this company offers customer service that reminds me of the good old days! I called a company who I used before and they couldn’t come out until next week. I then looked at reviews and called Precision Door. They were at my house within two hours! They did not charge to inspect the opener and the tech, Jordan, was the nicest young man I’ve ever encountered on a service call. Precision Garage Door Service did a great job replacing my garage door springs. I was pleased that when I called on a holiday that they were staffed to take calls and willing to book an appointment. Jordan, the technician they sent was courteous,prompt and called ahead to be sure we were prepared for his arrival in the early morning. He was very thorough and explained that in addition to the springs the bearings were worn as well, which we opted to replace. I'm happy with the service they provided,and level of professionalism they displayed in our repair situation. I would feel confident to recommend them, and use them again.

5 stars all the way around! Called for a repair Saturday morning at 7:05 AM and had a tech, Jordan Nein at the house by 8:20 AM. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Walked us through the entire repair and gave us great pointers for maintenance to keep everything running smooth. Cannot recommend this company or Jordan Nein enough!
