Called Precision Garage door service on January 29th, 2026 late afternoon, early evening because my garage door would not close all the way, about 6 inches from floor, the company was able to fit me in the next morning, about 7:50am I received a call from the technician Solomon, once he arrived he was friendly and courteous, Solomon accessed the situation and proceeded to repair the garage door while keeping me informed of the steps he was taking, also gave me advice on maintaining the garage doors, job was completed in a timely manner, would definitely used this company in the future

I called Precision Garage to schedule a service because our garage door (which was always loud and clunky) started to make more noise. They were able to schedule us for the next morning. Joel arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and then did a very thorough inspection of the entire system- door, opener, tracks, wheels, hinges, etc. Once he was done, he discussed with me what he’d found. He showed me his areas of concern, and what areas were in good shape. Joel was patient with my questions, and even spoke with my husband on the phone, so that we both had a clear understanding. He was able to make our needed repairs the same day. Our garage door is now whisper quiet and works beautifully! Their work and materials came with nice warranty. We could not be happier. Joel was great! professional, Very detailed about what he found, what needed to be repaired/replaced in the Order it should be completed if I needed it split up if cost was a concern as well as going over new parts, cost, labor and warranty.There was a couple of items he didn’t have on the truck which he ordered. All remotes were programmed and tested. Educated me about Garage door maintenance and not to use LED lights and why. I am a senior women. Someone from Precision showed up to give a quote. He wanted to charge me $3000 and was trying to pressure me into signing a contract. Just because I am a senior and a women doesn't mean I'm stupid. I told him that I would be getting more quotes. Turns out that I got a quote for a better garage door opener (Liftmaster) for $532. SHAME ON YOU PRECISION FOR TRYING TO RIP ME OFF..

I noticed the garage door was not working properly last night. I called precision garage door repair and was scheduled for the next morning. Spring broken in our garage! Oh, joy!! Called Precision. What a surprise, someone was available the same day! Who knew? They sent Solomon. What a great young man. Very respectful and very good at repairing garage doors! So much was wrong and he painstakingly fixed it. Kept us informed of everything and explained it all. After 18 years of a noisy door it is nearly silent! Precision and Solomon are our go to now!!
