This was the the best service we have EVER received for anything! There are not to many companies that will come out on a weekend without charging a fee, welll this is one of them and to probably have there best employee on top of that. He was a 5 star worker with an extremely large amount of knowledge on what should be done not only so we don’t have repeat work but safety along with it. Thank you for being here so quickly and for being so efficient.

Daniel arrived and went right to work. He was professional and courteous. He explained what needed attention and tips to maintain the door. He took care of everything. Mr. Morales, Thank you for your email! That is very kind and professional, we appreciate it. We were very impressed with Zion. He is a fine young man and a good representative for your company. He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". In light of that, it would be hard for us to recommend your company to others. Sincerely, Brad Snyder Ocala, FL
