Joel & Thomas arrived on time (quick response) and were very professional and knowledgeable in repairing my door. They showed and explained each item that was in need of replacement or adjusted and gave options to upgrade parts at my discretion. An estimate was given before work was done. After the repair they cleaned up worksite and explained my questions regarding future maintenance It was truly a pleasure working with these gentlemen!

Precision door came out Saturday morning because our spring broke on our garage door and the guy told us that both sides need to be replaced pulley cables springs and labor. It would be $1700. We said no way went back out said he would talk to his boss and came back and said it would be $900. Needless to say we had Lester‘s garage today that did all of it for $375.. What a scam! Luckily, we knew it was not supposed to cost that much! I wouldn’t even have checked one star, but it wouldn’t let me send the review unless I checked the star

Excellent refurbishing of our 20-year old garage door with a new spring, rollers, opener, controls, and additional hinges and rail. Our garage door works like a dream and better than when it was new. All needed replacement parts were on the truck. Thomas did a great job with the installation, plus he made sure I understood how the new controls work and explained and showed me everything that he did.
