We contacted Precision Door Service after we had some work done by another company and wee not happy with it. We knew that Precision worked in OTOW and decided we would try Precision. WE called and were given a date and time. The service person called and let us know that he was on his way. After a thorough inspection he advised us as to what needed to be done and gave us a price. WE decided to go ahead with the job. The service person was one of the nicest people we have worked with. He explained everything so we could understand it. He went over everything when he finished. We would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

It was a great experience from the time I first called and set-up the appointment with Precision Door to come and give me quote, until the Installer left. I wish there were more companies these days that show the professionalism that Precision showed. The three different young men who came out first the two who came to give me a quote and the installer were courteous professionals who knew what they were doing. OK NEVER HAPPENS, the technician came to my house, re-connected one of the laser sensors, orchestrated my programming a new door opening code into the garage door opener and then DID NOT CHARGE for the visit!!! Unbelievable, he said we say there is no charge for the initial visit and estimate and that is our policy. When have you ever had a service person come help fix serveral issues and say "no charge." Do not use anyone for garage door issues except this company!

Called on a Saturday morning for replacement of a broken garage door spring.The technician Beau, arrived within a hour or so after my call. He quickly started on the broken spring and other worn parts on my old garage door. My door was working like new in about 1.5 hours. Thanks Beau and precision door services.

Prompt, on time. Of course when the service tech showed up, my door worked fine! Hadn’t worked in two weeks and refused to go down. I guess it was scared of him. Anyway he checked everything out, took pictures for estimates of upgrades or future repairs and was very kind. Definitely will call them back when I need work done again.

I was in need of a garage door repair, as it wouldn't open or close properly. I called up Precision Door Service and they said that I needed to have all of the moving parts including the two springs (that help lift the door up) replaced. Both of the technicians were very congenial and explained all of the problems to me. They said that the springs were not supportive enough and put a huge strain on the motor and if I wouldn't have called when I did the motor would have burned out as well. They replaced all of the moving parts with new ones and fixed the alignment of the door to the floor, and when they were done I could almost lift the door with one finger. The new wheels were made of some rubbery material which made the door much quieter when opening or closing. They also installed a new rubber gasket underneath the door and I purchased a new remote control from them as well. All in all a very good but expensive day. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Beau & Thomas arrived sooner than expected which was great. They immediately saw what my problem was with my garage door and explained in detail what was required to fix it. After agreeing on a very reasonable price they went right to work and and did not stop until everything was in perfect working order. They also helped with a remote from my car to open my garage door that know body incuding the car dealers service people could not do. They are exactly what the word "service" is all about. Service tech Beau was scheduled to do repair. He called 20 min to arrival to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. Very courteous, knowledgeable and clearly went over all options and his suggestions. We settled for just the spring repair at this time and will follow up on future suggestions down the line. Without having quotes from other companies I do not know that the price was higher or lower than other companies but I am confident that we had the right tech and company to do the job correctly. Would highly recommend them again. 5.6 stars for Beau!!

The day I called for an appointment because my door wouldn’t open, I immediately got a phone rep who was able to schedule me within 3 hours the same day. The technician, Beau McClure with a 5 ?? rating, called to tell me when to expect him, and texted a photo of himself as well. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and concerned that I knew exactly what he had replaced, why, and how to work the new controls. He’s not worth 5 ??, he’s worth 10+ ??!! After several garage door torsion springs in our neighborhood failed we decided to have the Precision look at the existing, builder installed springs. As expected the springs were deteriorating. Precision's service personnel made recommendations for an upgrade. The options were clearly explained and after our decision they upgraded the entire system. It is now quiet, safe and perfect! Great personnel and service!

Our door was serviced on 8/5/21. After 3 emails to Mr Walden and Mr Cain and 1 message left for them with Customer Service to discuss a few issues, I have had no response. That is not what I would call acceptable customer service.

We moved to a different house and had to rebuild two garage doors. Service was done within 6hrs of calling. Two new openers with springs, cables the works. Very happy with work and the installers. Garage was left very clean. Highly recommend this company. We had previously used them for same thing on our last house. Price was very good.
