Our door was making strange noises, it sounded like it was ready to fall off track. The response of the team was great. I called for service around 11:00 and I had a new unit done by 4:00. Knowing my torsion spring was weakening and torquing badly, I called Precision Door this am. A no charge inspection was scheduled for 2 hours later. A text was sent, with pic and info on technician. He arrived early, after calling, clean, professional, and pleasant. He did a thorough inspection and then explained the condition of all components. His recommendations were in line with what I expected, no more-no less, and the estimate was reasonable, with a 5 yr warranty. I authorized the work, and he got it done immediately. He finished, and then showed me what he had done, explaining exactly how and why, and how to maintain it. Invoices and pics of completed work were immediately emailed. I am a very satisfied customer and hope that Precision recognizes the asset they have in Thomas N.

I was very pleased with the seamless experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called Precision Wednesday evening, and was scheduled for the next morning. Thomas called me at 7:30 to let me know that he would be arriving in 23 minutes. I received a fair quote, and was happy with the price. Another technician arrived, Dylan, and completed the job in just about 2 + hours. We added a Lift Master with a belt drive...which made for a very quiet operation. The opener has a camera and a remote on your smart phone. When completed, Dylan added my Toyota opener to the Lift Master. Every thing was smooth and the job was completed efficiently.

OK NEVER HAPPENS, the technician came to my house, re-connected one of the laser sensors, orchestrated my programming a new door opening code into the garage door opener and then DID NOT CHARGE for the visit!!! Unbelievable, he said we say there is no charge for the initial visit and estimate and that is our policy. When have you ever had a service person come help fix serveral issues and say "no charge." Do not use anyone for garage door issues except this company!

Shout Out to Precision Door Service of Central Florida (877) 583-3233. My garage door went off track around 5pm. 5:30pm, I called Precision Door. I had a technician ready at 9:40am the next morning, complete overhaul of the garage door system completed before noon. Prior to arrival, I had a email with a photo and resumé of the technician. Prior to starting work, I was shown a complete set of parts that would be necessary and a total cost of the project. Upon completion of the repair, I received 4 emails showing before and after photos, invoice, and 10-year warrantee for parts and labor!

When I was unable to open my garage door and it was making some type of horrible noise my neighbor came over to help. What ever it was, it was beyond anything we could do. My neighbor then recommended your company. I tried several other companies a robo voice told me that the company could not get to me until Monday at the earliest. Within 2 hours of my first call, on a Saturday afternoon, Tyler arrived to fix the door. He replaced a broken torsion spring, a broken hinge, and the rollers. His work was excellent, and the door has never worked this well. I highly recommend them.
