So happy with my decision to call Precision. My 30÷ year old garage door didn't stay down so, after searching on line called them since same day service was offered. Joel and his trainee arrived within the agreed upon time frame, did the testing and told me all that was that needed to be done, just about everything but the door itself. Estimate was quoted. I asked how long the work would take and when Joel said he would start now and be done within 2 to 3 hours I gave him the go ahead. Work was completed within that time, pretty quietly, with garage left in great condition. Joel was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and gentlemanly as was his trainee. I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

The process was efficient, timely and professional. We had overhead springs, side rollers and belt drive garage opener motor replaced. Repair technician Thomas Norman was knowledgeable, friendly, competent, answered any question I had, provided and explained various part options we had, assisted me with moving a few things out of the way, cleaned up well after he was done and even took extra time to program our two cars built in garage opener systems to work with the new opener.

I told a friend that I was having issues with my garage door and he recommended Precision. The technician Thomas Norman was very polite and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. We talked about my issue, which wasn’t an issue after all. We talked about openers, and he was very knowledgeable about them also. Thomas Norman did a great job for us. He was on time and called when 15 minutes out. Explained all my options and had all the materials to change out 2 older garage door openers with quiet, belt-driven Lift Masters. He changed out springs and rollers and leveled out the 2 tracks. He worked straight through until the job was finished. He explained all the functions and programed by remotes to my car. I was very impressed with the product and his knowledge, technical ability and work ethic.

Precision Door answers the phone at 6:30 AM! My door spring broke the evening before and I called at 6:30 the next morning to see if it could possibly be repaired that day. Jose (who took this call) was totally professional and on his game, even at this early hour. They were able to schedule service for me that same day, with a window of 8-noon. I got a call from the tech Thomas at 8:10 and he was en route already. He arrived at about 8:30 and after assessing my issue and giving me options for repairing the door, he repaired the broken spring and installed some upgrade parts that I chose for my 10 year old door and it's components. Amazing service, from start to finish. Thomas was thorough and professional. I will certainly use Precision Door when I have needs in the future.

Beau came out to look at our garage door that wouldn't close. He called me when he was about 20 minutes away, which I really appreciated because when you have a 4 hour window, you just never know! He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our garage door is original to the home and needs to be replaced, so we decided to stick with Precision for the replace as well just because we were so pleased with everything. I originally went with the company for the simple fact of brand recognition. The service I received from Joel Mullen was outstanding! This was my first experience having anything to do with my garage door. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed to work with him. He is a trusted sales representative who gave great recommendations for my needs! I was hesitant when speaking to the reservation rep because she was not able to give me an idea of pricing over the phone. She had someone call me back which was great! That individual was able to give me an idea of what to expect but truly the individual who made this experience great was Joel!!! Joel was very detail oriented and wanted the service to be perfect! Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! These two fabulous young gentlemen were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, and tolerant of my questions.???? I honestly must say, these two were a refreshing surprise that is rare to find these days. Four stars instead of Five because the technician was not able to come during the 4-hour window that was scheduled. He did, however, call to say he would be an hour late. Bearings were replaced, and there was no place on the survey to indicate bearings.
