When I was unable to open my garage door and it was making some type of horrible noise my neighbor came over to help. What ever it was, it was beyond anything we could do. My neighbor then recommended your company. I tried several other companies a robo voice told me that the company could not get to me until Monday at the earliest. Your tech was at my home within several hours and fixed everything. I give you a 20 out of 10. The tech sent over was smart, quick and a pleasure to work with.

Within 2 hours of my first call, on a Saturday afternoon, Tyler arrived to fix the door. He replaced a broken torsion spring, a broken hinge, and the rollers. His work was excellent, and the door has never worked this well. I highly recommend them.

An excellent company to service your garage door. Tyler the technician was prompt...arriving right on time. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The inspection and work he would be doing was explained in detail. Also, an estimate of cost for replacement parts was provided before any work began. Prompt, on time. Of course when the service tech showed up, my door worked fine! Hadn’t worked in two weeks and refused to go down. I guess it was scared of him. Anyway he checked everything out, took pictures for estimates of upgrades or future repairs and was very kind. Definitely will call them back when I need work done again.

Shout Out to Precision Door Service of Central Florida (877) 583-3233. My garage door went off track around 5pm. 5:30pm, I called Precision Door. I had a technician ready at 9:40am the next morning, complete overhaul of the garage door system completed before noon. Prior to arrival, I had a email with a photo and resumé of the technician. Prior to starting work, I was shown a complete set of parts that would be necessary and a total cost of the project. Upon completion of the repair, I received 4 emails showing before and after photos, invoice, and 10-year warrantee for parts and labor!
