Joel came out and did a thorough inspection of my garage door. Springs were installed and calibrated. He was very professional and friendly. He helped me evaluate the need for a new garage door system that I was previously hesitant on "pulling the trigger "on. Would highly recommend Precision !

Precision door exceeded my expectations at every level. I used the easy to fill out on-line request form and was called within 2 hours. My appointment was scheduled the same day. The technician kept me posted on arrival time and arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and professional, thoroughly inspected the door and offered repair/ replace options with no sales pressure. The work was complete in an hour! I highly recommend Precision for garage door repair.

On a Saturday afternoon we discovered our garage door’s torsion spring had broken and our garage would not even open manually. Fortunately, Precision Door Service was open on Saturday and dispatched a technician by the name of Jordan to our house that afternoon. Jordan was extremely professional and also did a full inspection of our garage door and was very thorough in explaining our options. We never felt like he was pushing us to do additional work. Jordan did a great job in replacing the torsion springs and giving our garage door a tune-up. He even spent part of his Saturday night to get the job done right instead of just rushing to finish early. Our garage door operates more smoothly than ever. Two thumbs up. Precision door obviously hires very qualified technicians.

Precision Doors came out to my house and reviewed my issue with a new garage door opener that I had previously installed. The technician was professional and all the way through the process keep me informed as to what my issue was and what were my options. Upon completion of his analysis, he made sure that I understood the problem and since it was a part still under warranty, he called the manufacture and started the process of ordering the part. Precision Doors did an outstanding job of going the extra mile and did it with expert skillfulness. I was so pleased with the service I had the specialist replace the springs in the system. I am very pleased with the proficiency of the technician and the company.

Thomas did an excellent job of inspecting my garage door, catching a couple of things I had not realized were a problem. He replaced my springs and installed new neoprene rollers. He clearly knew what he was doing and left me feeling confident in the repairs and upgrade. The door now operates smoothly and quietly.

PRECISION RESPONDED QUICKLY AND PROVIDED THREE ESTIMATES AS TO THE COST OF REPAIRING A GARAGE DOOR OPENER. UNFORTUNATELY, ALL OF THE ESTIMATES WERE VERY HIGH, IN MY OPINION. THEY RANGED FROM APPROXIMATELY $1,050 TO OVER $2,000, DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH I WANTED TO REPLACE. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH ESTIMATES I CONTACTED A SECOND GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. THEY REPAIRED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO PERFECT WORKING ORDER FOR $115.00.

Excellent response time from start to finish less than 48 hours to rebuild/replace garage door operator system bringing it in to the current decade in terms of functionality. Contacted Precision on 11/16 and the work was completed to satisfaction, job site cleaned and system operational by end of day 11/17. Joel the estimator did an assessment of what we needed variable on repair vs total replacement and due to the fact the property is going to be on the market in the coming year we opted for repair saving over $2000. Chris the technician and his manager who arrived onsite to assist worked as a team non-stop until the job was done. The LiftMaster system has a myQ APP that ties to our existing systems. Would recommend Precision Door Service without hesitation.

I called to get a tune up due to my garage door sounding so loud on my first home. Joel came out on time and was the most honest, kind and professional tech, I have ever worked with. I needed more than a tune up, due to safety issues. The work was performed quickly and they left my garage spotless! 5 star service. Thank you Joel! Thank you Dillon for being here too :)

Joel was a very knowledgeable, courteous technician who went above and beyond for me on a Saturday. He solved my immediate problem and also helped me with a couple of choices for long term solutions. I will be using this company for those solutions and hopefully they will send Joel out, he took the time to explain every option I had to me and he worked very hard on the existing problem.

The service call for my garage door and opener was scheduled promptly. The service person, Joel, arrived on time and diagnosed the problems with both the door and opener. He was very courteous and professional. Told me what my options were and scheduled another crew to come in to perform the repairs within an hour of the first visit. The two service men who did the repairs were also courteous and professional. They performed the work quickly and easily explained various aspects of the functioning of the opener. Everything is in good working order now and if I ever need additional repairs I would not hesitate to use their service again.
