My service tech Jay, was wonderful. He was personable and very knowledgeable, He figured out the problem and thankfully fixed my garage door problem. While he was working , he didn't mind answering any other questions I asked, even those that did not deal with my specific problem, - like how the door actually works.

Oh my word, Kemar was prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Absolutely no pressure and we chose to get the residential belt driven openers for our double door and golf cart door. We were surprised and delighted that Kemar had everything he needed on the truck to do the job right then. I wish I had recorded the sound of our clunky old system, but this new one is silent. Can’t be the lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, nor the three year warranty from Precision. 24 x7 Service. I have already recommended them to a neighbor down the street Kemar also found that one of the overhead springs had split, which not only contributed to the laboring of the motor, but was potentially dangerous . He was able to replace those as well. It’s clear Precision hire as well, trains, well, and treats their employees well. That shows in the employees interaction with customers.

The Technician was polite, professional and efficient. He explained everything that needed to be done. If we asked for something that we didn't need, he was honest and told us that it wasn't needed, instead of just taking our money. We highly recommend Precision for all your garage door service and repairs.

P & L Gillis

Precision had installed a new bottom to the garage door and had caulked a rubber seal on the floor 3 months ago. Rob Wiggins came to help us with rainwater intruding into my garage during a severe rain storm. Rob took the time to make several adjustments to the way the garage door will make firmer contact with the floor rubber. Then he showed how to close the garage door a little bit firmer with my foot. Even though Rob drove a long way to my home and spent a lot of time, he said that there will be no service charge.

Our technician, Joshua was on time and very professional. He took the time to fully diagnose the multiple issues we had with our garage door and the garage door opener. He fully explained our options and the hardware options. Through out the repairs to the door and install of the new opener, he kept us up to date on progress and timeline of the repair. He took the time to fully explain the operation of the new opener. Our garage door is now as they say 'Whisper Quiet". We want to thank Joshua for being polite, professional and a very nice young man.

My wife, Cynthia Curtis, called around looking for a reliable company to do what we thought would be a small job. Well, that 'small' job tuned out to be a rather involved job, but we had Joel Mullen for our technician and boy were we glad. Joel proved to be the person we would have chosen if we had a choice. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, explained everything we needed to know and was a wonderful person to do our job. He itemized every detail of the job and provided the least expensive avenue to help us save as much money as he could, including a 10% discount for my being a veteran. All told, we were VERY HAPPY with his work and cost savings. He was super!!!

Lovely technician, professional and easy to work with. I don’t know about pricing because I did not get other estimates, no time. Cost seemed to me to be excessive. Over 2k for less than an hour job.

Theresa Condron

Making the appointment was easy and Jehonathan called to let me know he was on his way. Jehonathan was very professional and knowledgeable about my issues. He addressed what I made the appointment for but let me know, as well as, showed me what caused the issues and what I was going to need done eventually or he could do the work while he was there. I chose to have him fix the issues with my garage door.
