The call service was excellent and helped me make my next day appt. When you can't get your car out of the garage and Precision can come the next day, you are so thankful. I was not pleased with the service that I received. When I made the appointment I was told that I would receive an estimate before any work was done. This was not the case. The repair was done (30 seconds to realign the sensors that I couldn't get to line up by myself) and then I was told I owed over $200 for the service fee without being given any sort of estimate first like I was promised. Very displeased. Would not recommend or use again.

My service tech Jay, was wonderful. He was personable and very knowledgeable, He figured out the problem and thankfully fixed my garage door problem. While he was working , he didn't mind answering any other questions I asked, even those that did not deal with my specific problem, - like how the door actually works.

Oh my word, Kemar was prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Absolutely no pressure and we chose to get the residential belt driven openers for our double door and golf cart door. We were surprised and delighted that Kemar had everything he needed on the truck to do the job right then. I wish I had recorded the sound of our clunky old system, but this new one is silent. Can’t be the lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, nor the three year warranty from Precision. 24 x7 Service. I have already recommended them to a neighbor down the street Kemar also found that one of the overhead springs had split, which not only contributed to the laboring of the motor, but was potentially dangerous . He was able to replace those as well. It’s clear Precision hire as well, trains, well, and treats their employees well. That shows in the employees interaction with customers.
