Informative email was sent prior to servicing day which gave information about the technician coming to the house. The technician patiently listened to the issue and in turn explained to me what was going on and gave the recommendation. The mechanical error got fixed and he also changed the rubber lining at the bottom of the door and adjusted it so as to make sure there was no gap at the bottom. Yes, I do recommend Precision Door Service !

Same day service was great. Scott, the tech, pointed out a lot of potential problems that would have eventually surfaced and resolved all issues in a very quick and thorough manner. I felt the price was fair for everything that was done. Very pleased with the service. I would use Precision again in a heartbeat and would have no problem recommending to anyone.

Our garage door spring broke so the door could not be opened. A service rep, Jesse, was out first thing the next morning. He was professional, and courteous. The decision was made to install a new opener as the current one was old. The new opened was installed quickly and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We love the new opener as it is very quiet. We have recommended this company to others and now have had the opportunity to experience their excellent service. We will continue to recommend them.

Service call for check on proper operation of emergency latch. It was found to be operating ok. Maintenance was done. Scott was polite and professional. Have had this opener for over 3 1/2 years and have not had any problems. Company is very easy to deal with. I recommend them to anyone looking for garage door service.

After reading just a few of the reviews, I made a decision to use them. The tech was on time and he was a very personable young man. He had the opener working in just a few minutes. The service man, Jonathan Moya, was very cheerful, interested in what I had to say about the door, explained everything he would do and why. Jon performed the task in a timely fashion. From start to finish this was one of the best service experiences I have had here at The Villages. * 8:00AM Garage door making a banging sound * 8:05AM I go on the web site and enter my information * 8:10AM I get a call - I Schedule the appointment for the same day between 11:00 and 2:00 - Was told the repair guy would call 45 minutes before he arrived * 12:00 He called exactly as stated and said he would be here in 45 min * 12:45 He showed up Right on time * 1:00 He Diagnosed the problem * 3:15 He Fixed the problem - Paid by Credit Card and got an immediate electronic Receipt Uniformed, clean cut, professional.... Every other business out there... here is your model. From the web site, the electronic technology, punctuality and professionalism. Great Job!

Have used you before for broken spring. At the time rollers, springs, cables were replaced. Later we had problems with the original opener and you replaced that. The replacement opener was much quieter. The current service was routine adjustment and lubrication. The service was prompt and efficient. We have always been satisfied with the service we have received.
