“Daniel” was the BEST service person! We were going to be able to do a “fix” to my 18+ yr old opener system for under $275 however when I noted the swagger in my bar that remained he rechecked the spring and noted the 1” space where the sping threads were worn bare. I had seen this spot myself much earlier ie maybe a year ago so I knew it was not a recent wear or damage. It was at this spot where the bar stressed. The unit still worked with the repair (motor was always going strong) however it was clear the combined stress at that spot on the replacement part was definitely going to be a temporary situation. How temporary was a guess however the stress on the new part seemed like it would not be long lived. Especially since I had the original paperwork on the unit showing it was 18 yrs old. I asked Daniel for his quote on complete new system options. He was very thorough and detailed giving me my options answering all my questions on the units. I chose to go with Liftmaster in part because I had had one before in my former condo and loved it plus the top of the line comes complete with camera, key pad, 2 remotes, to syns with my phone and that App allows me to add Amazon delivery to my garage. Daniel was a delight; respectful, knowledgeable and never tried to hard sell. I will be requesting him via Precision Garage on all future service.

I want to say that Precision Garage did a really great job fixing my garage door. I give them a perfect 10 out of 10. From the start, the guy who came out was very professional and knew what he was doing. Before doing any work, he took around 10 minutes to carefully look at everything on my garage door. He checked every part and made sure he really understood the problem before he said anything. After that, he showed me everything on his iPad. He explained what parts were broken, how much it would cost to fix, how long it would take, and even told me which problems could wait and which ones should be fixed now. I liked that there was no pressure at all. He was just giving honest advice. But he also said something smart. He said if the garage door does not close and you are going on vacation, your house is not going to be safe because the garage will be wide open. That made me realize it is better to fix the problem now before it gets worse. He also found problems that the last garage door person missed. For example, he noticed that my garage door wires were starting to break. He also saw that the arm that pulls the door was not strong and some screws were loose. The last person never noticed that. Another thing he pointed out was that the railing for my garage door was made in separate pieces. He said that it is better to have one solid bar because it works better and lasts longer. He replaced it with a solid one. One of the best things he did was install nylon rollers. He said these are better because they roll smoother and they do not collect dirt like the old kind. Now the garage door opens and closes way more quietly and smoothly. That really made a big difference. I am very happy with the work that was done. The service was great. The guy was honest, patient, and very smart. I learned a lot just by listening to him. If anyone needs help with their garage door, I really think you should call Precision Garage. They do the job right and they care about doing it the right way the first time. I would definitely call them again.

Original Installers did a terrible job installing garage door. Everything was messed up and the door started falling off. I called and within an hour they were there ready to fix it. Basically he did a complete install fixing everything that was done wrong by original installer. The door is now very quiet and works perfect. I highly recommend these guys.

Ryan did an excellent job, he went over everything very thoroughly and I had just about decided to just have a tuneup and after going over all aspects of both directions we decided to replace it and be done with it. July 23rd 2026 The men came today and removed the old door and all hardware and installed a new door and all new materials. It is very quiet and looks really nice. They really did an excellent job and didn't take more than a couple of hours. We are very pleased with every aspect of this from our initial meeting and deciding to replace our old door, to the installation of the new one.
