Thomas Norman did a great job for us. He was on time and called when 15 minutes out. Explained all my options and had all the materials to change out 2 older garage door openers with quiet, belt-driven Lift Masters. He changed out springs and rollers and leveled out the 2 tracks. He worked straight through until the job was finished. He explained all the functions and programed by remotes to my car. I was very impressed with the product and his knowledge, technical ability and work ethic.

Precision Door answers the phone at 6:30 AM! My door spring broke the evening before and I called at 6:30 the next morning to see if it could possibly be repaired that day. Jose (who took this call) was totally professional and on his game, even at this early hour. They were able to schedule service for me that same day, with a window of 8-noon. I got a call from the tech Thomas at 8:10 and he was en route already. He arrived at about 8:30 and after assessing my issue and giving me options for repairing the door, he repaired the broken spring and installed some upgrade parts that I chose for my 10 year old door and it's components. Knowing my torsion spring was weakening and torquing badly, I called Precision Door this am. A no charge inspection was scheduled for 2 hours later. A text was sent, with pic and info on technician. He arrived early, after calling, clean, professional, and pleasant. He did a thorough inspection and then explained the condition of all components. I was very pleased with the seamless experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called Precision Wednesday evening, and was scheduled for the next morning. Thomas called me at 7:30 to let me know that he would be arriving in 23 minutes. I received a fair quote, and was happy with the price. Shout Out to Precision Door Service of Central Florida (877) 583-3233. My garage door went off track around 5pm. 5:30pm, I called Precision Door. I had a technician ready at 9:40am the next morning, complete overhaul of the garage door system completed before noon. Prior to arrival, I had a email with a photo and resumé of the technician. Prior to starting work, I was shown a complete set of parts that would be necessary and a total cost of the project. Upon completion of the repair, I received 4 emails showing before and after photos, invoice, and 10-year warrantee for parts and labor!
