Michael and Michael, yes both named Michael, are best garage door experts! So my dad always fixes our garage door over the years and calls others for little things here and there. But he recently got a stroke, and no longer can do these kind of things. Our garage got stuck midway and the chains on the side tangled and no longer connected along with 50 other issues.Precision garage door co hired the best experts bc they were so knowledgeable and work like the company belong to them. I’m not calling anyone else. These guys are the best! Call them. They will also give you a good deal!

Precision Garage Door Service of The Villages is one of the best companies I've dealt with. From my phone call for service to the finished job, everything was done professionally and the people I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. My garage door opening system was 22 years old with no maintenance. When it broke, everything broke! I was especially impressed to be shown what needed to be done, with an estimate showing what had to be done now and what I could put off. I decided not to wait for things to break, but approved the whole replacement. I got service that very day, the truck had all the necessary parts and the job was completed in 5 hours. Outstanding customer service.

We just moved to Ocala and didn’t know who to call when our garage door quit working. Saw their excellent reviews and called them on a Saturday and they came out the next day (Sunday) and replaced the garage door all within about an hour and a half with no weekend service charge. We highly recommend them!

I purchased this new garage door in April of this year. I was given a can of lubricant spray to use twice a year. I was unclear about what I should and should not spray. I called the office, a friendly and helpful lady listened to my question, researched it herself and gave me instructions. I still was not clear; she scheduled a service call. Zion arrived this morning, sprayed the spring and the drums; and spent several minutes providing more guidance for the future. No charge. I am very pleased that I chose Precision Garage Door company and recommend it for quality produce and friendly, prompt service. The service I received is not listed below but I had to click on something to complete this review.

We had Solomon as our technician really a Pluto work with. He was always polite and will to explain what he was doing. Some of it was a safety issue caused by the original builder of our house. I would love to tell you who that was. The work by the original installer was so bad my wife saw the problems. Solomon was able to fix and replace the shawty work by the builder due to there get it done and move on.

A little pricey but there service makes up For that. Very up front with you don’t try to hide extras or try to talk you into work you don’t need. Will show you what has to be done and why. Very happy with them and their work. They’re technicians are hard workers but will always have the time to explain what there doing. I would call them again but there work is done and done right. with them, the customer is always first.

Bo came out to assess our damaged door which was partially off the rail on one side. He was there within a couple of hours of my call! He came up with a very reasonable plan to fix it and came back the next day with parts and got the door back to working order, actually better than before the damage. He explained what he needed to do very well, gave me some options etc and he was very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend.
