Submitted an online service request later in the evening, my door was having a meltdown. Not an emergency but important. Got a call the next morning we hadn't finished breakfast yet. Tech could be here 10-2. Tyler called, 10am arrival. Half hour, all the issues repaired and adjusted. Reasonable price and great response. Tyler was very prompt, knowledgeable and got it fixed. Would certainly call again.

My garage door wouldn’t close all the way and sounded like a truck going down the road. I called Precision at 7 AM and a technician named Joel was here by 8:30 AM. Joel was very professional and knowledgeable. My door was as good as new and quiet in about an hour. Highly recommend Precision.

We chose Precision from reading the customer reviews on your website and Google review. Thomas and Pedro came and I explained the problem that the door were unbalance after I installed fiberglass insulation. They surmised that the springs that were undersized from the builder, they installed higher capacity springs and upgraded the center bearing from plastic to metal. I would highly recommend Precision and their crew.

Found Precision on the internet. They set up an appt for early the following day. Kept me informed when the tech was going to arrive. The tech - Tyler - arrived on time, assessed the problem. He said it was the board in the motor. Ended up replacing the motor and upgraded the springs. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. Tyler was on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I am very happy with the prompt service!! My garage door opener was not working… after troubleshooting and calling the genie company, it was determined I needed a new receiver board. I called precision door to repair the unit. Thomas came out and did a thorough inspection and found the unit was in very bad condition. We decided to replace the unit. It was very affordable and Thomas did a very professional installation. I would recommend this company.

We contacted Precision Door Service after we had some work done by another company and wee not happy with it. We knew that Precision worked in OTOW and decided we would try Precision. WE called and were given a date and time. The service person called and let us know that he was on his way. After a thorough inspection he advised us as to what needed to be done and gave us a price. WE decided to go ahead with the job. The service person was one of the nicest people we have worked with. He explained everything so we could understand it. He went over everything when he finished. Had our garage door fail the morning of August 4, 2022. Tried to reach out to the original installation company and was unsuccessful. Gave Precision a call and they were able to schedule a service call for that same afternoon. Joel, the service technician, arrived precisely on schedule and went to work. Within less than two hours Joel had our garage door fully functional, and replaced all necessary parts. At all times Joel was a perfect gentleman, answered all of our questions and was very thorough and professional.
