Precision Door Services came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. It was easy to book an initial diagnostic visit and once the problem was identified and how to correct it- a little bit more involved as it was an old garage door set- the repair and installation of a few new parts including remote keypad was done diligently. Technicians were friendly, explained everything well and office staff made sure to send reminders and check in after the work was done. You cannot go wrong with them and I highly recommend them.

Job: Garage Door Single door torsion conversion with Liftmaster 8155 7’ belt rail & 1 remote. Easy online booking appointment, even got a next day appointment on a Saturday! Technician Joel M. called when on his way and sent a text with his picture. Joel was very professional, had expert knowledge and skill set. I knew I was in good hands with getting my 43-year old garage door up to code (new springs, rollers, etc.) and a new Liftmaster garage door opener installed. All required parts were on the truck and job was completed in under 3 hours. Thanks so much Joel!

Our garage door was acting weird. Sometimes the door would not close other times it would open on it's own! I called Precision and they said they would send a man right out. He arrived in about 45 minutes and was very nice and knowledgeable. After he did a 25 point inspection it was obvious that we needed a lot of work. We bought the house 15 years ago and there was a lot of wear and tear. 2 1/2 hours later our door was fixed. New springs, new motor, door adjustments, etc. Thank you Beau and Mike for a great job.

I set up a time -- 12:00 pm -- for Precision Door Service to come and see what happened to my door. To my surprise I had 3 calls to tell me they could come earlier. Unfortunately for me, I had turned my phone off to sleep. Though later I saw what could be and changed that. Promptly I was contacted to say a repairman could be here immediately. I quickly dressed and got outside just in time. I was informed that the old system had suffered a burn-out. What to do? Choices were offered and I went for the best. I was no easy task, but through the sweat and short rain shower Mr. Rodriguez prevailed. I am very impressed with his workmanship and ability. He got me back to sanity! You can't imagine how difficult it is manage a door this size with my age. Precision Door was there when I needed them, with prompt and efficient service. My, oh my, how quiet and wonderful it is to see that mass of metal opening and closing at the launch of a button! I'm sure this will last me far into the future.
