Our garage door broke a spring. We called Precision Doors and were very pleased to have Tyler our service tech not only fix the springs but he checked every part of the system. He replaced all parts that were broken and worn out. The door is very quiet now. This company is very professional. If you need or have any problems with your garage door this is the company to call.

What an awesome experience. Let me start with the initial call. Great person who answered the phone and she had a technician out to me in less than an hour. Next is Tyler our installer. What an awesome young man. Absolutely fantastic in all aspects from the initial contact to the job finish. Very rare these days to find someone who still delivers quality service and answered all my many questions. Finally the garage opener is everything I wanted and more. All at a price that was extremely reasonable. Precision Door will now be my go to company for any future need. Well done.

The technician who came today (Michael) was very courteous and professional. After checking every part of the Sommer garage door opener and repeated attempts to ascertain why it was not working, he was able to align the sensors correctly so that the opener now works. The only drawback is that your company does not carry the Sommer garage door opener line (e.g. for any future replacement parts).

Purchased a new garage door motor 7/21 the remote had issues opening the door. They came and gave me a new remote, still the same problems. I have a terrible disability can only get in my home through the garage. I ordered an additional remote since I'm terrified of not being able to get in my house. Still same problem, it was not a remote problem but garage door motor. Called owner was in tears. Mr. Cain made it right gave me a top of the line motor at no cost to me. A difference of night and day. Thank you for helping me will highly recommend your company and the technician Joel was wonderful and respectful. Thanks all of you.

Outstanding! Michael arrived within 30 minutes of when I contacted the office. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and provided several options to repair the door/opener. Quickly performed the repairs and scheduled a return visit to replace parts in the opener that would save me from replacing the entire unit. 5-star service.

I called at 9am to make an appointment and Mike arrived at 11:15. Very professional and polite. Did a great job of explaining my options. I needed a new opener installed and rollers replaced. He was able to do it right then. Was complete in less than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Mike did an amazing job. The person who took my call was awesome too and I had a follow up call shortly after Mike left to make sure I was completely satisfied. Awesome company.

I called Tuesday afternoon because my door was not closing, the opener would open but not close. Precision scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday morning between 8&12. Thomas arrived at 8:05 am. He was very professional and friendly and had the problem corrected by 9:30. Thomas was very thorough and provided multiple estimates.

He explained all of the possible options I had since it was a new motor installation. He did the work quickly and reviewed operating instructions. Our garage door was making a lot of noise. The chain rattled and the rollers screeched, so I called for service. Precision Door Service had good ratings, a pleasant human answered the phone and they provided a good appointment time. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection. The garage door is 19 years old, so I wasn’t surprised when he found some problems. He made recommendations that we agreed with, did the work right then and in a short time we had a modernized, very quiet garage door, Joel is personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they do a great job.
