Tech Bo Showed me where they had last replaced hinges, etc I chose to buy a new garage door opener and it works like a charm ! So quiet! Bo serviced the door and i told him we would do preventative maintenance ea year! Thanks Precision!

Honestly my interactions with all your departments was phenomenal!!! The young lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and informative and assured me that me calling at 4pm on a saturday was no big deal and a tech would be out. She gave me a reasonable base price for what I at that moment knew what was wrong with it and said the tech would be there between 4 and 8. The tech ended up getting here just after 5, was nice and also informative, did a quick inspection and let me know that my spring was also broken and that would need replacing as well. He gave me a qoute that was in line with what the person on the phone and I talked about earlier so I agreed he was very quick and thorough! He noticed while changing the spring that the support board that the garage door screws into was comming away from the wall so he drilled a new whole in the concrete and fixed the board which in no way was something he had to do, also aparently when my.daoor broke the pin that is used to attach the handle to the door broke off so I didn't have one but the tech went through his van and found a brand new one from a previous job and fixing my lost part, and didnt charge me. Im so so happy I called this company yesterday but from start to finish they made my stressful experience of a broken garage door, a quick and painless fix reasonable priced and helped by people that put a smile back on my face from how nice and straight foward they made the experience. Thank you so much

We had three new garage doors installed 1 year ago with openers and everything that goes with it. I obtained quotes from highly rated companies. Precision was the most affordable by about 10%. They got the job done on time and with excellent workmanship. This month my wife tangled with one of the doors over the weekend and disabled it. I called Precision at about 10 AM on Monday. By 5 PM Precision had us back in business. Bo was our service provider and he is smart, personable, and capable; a real asset and rep for Precision. I highly recommend this well-run business.

Great ambassador for your Company. He quickly identified the problem, explained in detail our options and worked with us and his management team to arrive at the best cost-effective solution for our issue.
