I found your company by googling for garage door repairs. Your receptionist said she could have a technician in our house by early afternoon. You were the ones who could be here the earliest; we couldn't get our car out. Your technician, Frank Norman (I believe) was courteous and professional and he solved our problem. My only complaint is that it was too pricey.

Excellent refurbishing of our 20-year old garage door with a new spring, rollers, opener, controls, and additional hinges and rail. Our garage door works like a dream and better than when it was new. All needed replacement parts were on the truck. Thomas did a great job with the installation, plus he made sure I understood how the new controls work and explained and showed me everything that he did.

Couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service! After calling Precision Door this morning to explain the problem with my inoperable garage door and MyQ system, Joel arrived a few hours later. With patience and determination, he was able to figure out the problem and make the necessary repair. He did not leave until all remotes and the system was working perfectly. Really amazing Company. On Christmas our 2 car garage door decided to not work. We actually called the company and got a live person who set up an appointment for the following day with a technician. Who does that...... Our Tech was Joel Mullen. He showed up right on time and started right to work on our problem. He was great and had a great personality and work ethics. We are soo very impressed with the whole ordeal. This is now our ONLY garage door company for not only our 2 car garage but the original one car.

Thomas was very professional and friendly. He thoroughly checked our old garage door opener to see if it could be repaired. He offered us two options to replace the garage door opener and explained the differences with both systems. He also gave us a military discount, which we greatly appreciate. I chose Precision Garage Door because I've heard about them and have seen their ads on TV. I have been getting rainwater into my garage and thought it might be due to the rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Jordan came to check it out. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the issue might be. He has suggested it might be because of poor drainage runoff for a number of reasons and told me what I might be able to do to rectify the situation. I am going to have my handyman see what he can do. I was extremely happy with Jordan and the time he spent explaining everything. I will not hesitate to call Precision again if needed.

Daniel, the precision representative, really knew his product and had expert skills in detecting my garage door problem. He was respectful, polite and clearing explained what the issue was and offered several repair options without being pushy. He came prepared with all the parts to get the job done immediately. I appreciated not having to wait for days for another appointment. He inspected, oiled, tightened and tweaked other parts that weren't even part of the issue, which I really thought was professional. Our garage door broke while my husband was leaving for work at 6 am on a Sunday and left my car trapped in our garage and me unable to get to work. Precision Garage Door came up on my Internet search as 24/7 and emergency repair. I was thrilled to speak to a real person who confirmed a technician would be available later that morning. Beau arrived early and was amazing! I was worried out door was going to end up non-functional based on its appearance, but Beau got our door back in working order in no time! Super reasonable rates for our Sunday repair and the estimate for new parts and installation was very reasonable as well.

Precision came the next day after our springs failed and door was too heavy to open. Joel and I discussed price ahead of time and he also inspected the door and noticed the center bearing was missing. The repairs were timely and the adjustments made the door much easier to open and the garage door opener is not challenged as it was. Appreciate the repair.

I called Precision Door at approximately 2 pm and requested a service person come to the house for a general maintenance to our garage door. I was told someone would be here today (same day) between 4 and 6. I was contacted by the service man, Jordan, and he appeared soon after 4:00 pm. I was truly impressed by Jordan. He did an inspection and basic maintenance, was professional, helpful, intelligent, and easy to talk with. He outlined some issues that could develop in the future, took the time to explain them, and gave price estimates for the work when it needed to be done. I was truly impressed with the kind of person who represented the company, and I will definitely call them in the future.
