We searched for a reputable garage door company since our builder-grade openers were not doing the job after seven years of service. We purchased the Liftmaster elite series opener and also did a complete overhaul of our two garage doors. The work was performed by Scott Mayhew who did an excellent job, with the assistance of Nicholas, installing our new openers and overhauling our doors. Scott and Nicholas were first class in their work, professionalism, knowledge, and courteousness. It's been one day since the installation and both doors work great; I especially like the fact that they operate so quietly and that I can monitor via internet their status and to be able to control the units remotely if necessary.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT CAME TO REPAIR MY TWO GARAGE DOORS. THEY WORKED CONTINOUS UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED AND EXPLAINED THE NEW DEVICES TO ME. MY ONE COMPLAINT IS NOT WITH TECHS BUT THAT MY INVOICE DID NOT SHOW WHO DID THE WORK SO I COULD WRITE THEIR NAMES IN THIS REVIEW.

I called because one of the springs had broken on my 30 yr old garage door. An actual person answers the phone and quickly sets up an appointment. The appointment is confirmed to a window of time and then updated to a specific time the day of the appointment. The technician showed up promptly. I was satisfied with diagnosis and recommendations. A repair person arrived within and hour and installed th new hardware and the door works very well.

Very satisfied with your service. We called a couple of other businesses only to learn it would be a week to come for one and one didn't answer their phone after several tries. Your guys came the next day on time and returned that day to install a new garage door opener etc. They were professional and did a great job. Didn't know they had been here when they left. In addition to being prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, he went “above and beyond” the call for our “non-working” Keypad for our garage door...Fixed/replaced springs and replaced seal along bottom of garage door, and installed a new Keypad! Since I had no experience with any providers of garage door services, I just opened the yellow pages and began calling. The first two I called had a recording to leave a message and they would get back to me (and this was on a Tuesday in early afternoon). I thought if they couldn't at least have someone answer the phone on a workday, I wondered just how sound their business was. So my third call was to Precision, and what a good decision that was.Finally, I had a person I could talk to. Scott came the following day, on time, and after giving me an estimate, sent a tech over to complete the job. Brittany was very efficient, and installed new parts for me in short order. I couldn't be more satisfied. The were there when I needed them, responded on time, and completed the work as promised. No surprises; 24 hours from when I first called, my door was again operational. I highly recommend this business.

The keypad was not working. I called in the morning and was given an appt that afternoon. I asked for a specific time and was given that time. Scott arrived at the exact time . He was pleasant, professional, and thorough. Not only did I get a new keypad but also had the light replaced and all the working parts of the door tested and adjusted. I highly recommend Precision Doors and will continue to call them whenever needed.

I selected PDS as they promised same day service. The person who came out was not a "fixer"...he was the "estimator"! Not happy with that... but the "estimator" promised someone would arrive that day to make the agreed upon repairs. After we signed the contract...OOPs there was a family emergency and the "fixer" could not come out that day. After a couple phone calls by the "estimator" it was agreed a "fixer" would arrive at 8:00 AM the next day. OOPs .. the "fixer" called something after 9:15 and said he was on his way from Orlando and would arrive in 35-40 minutes.. The "fixer" replaced the necessary parts and the garage door now works fine..... Far to much drama, we simply wanted a garage door that worked.

HERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE MECHANIC THE DAY BEFORE FAILED , EVEN THOUGH SHE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, TO ENGAGE THE CHAIN DRIVE TO THE DOOR. THE NEXT DAY A DIFFERENT MECHANIC CAME TO THE HOUSE AND IMMEDIATELY ENGAGE THE DRIVE!

I don't know what is wrong with my garage door openers, but your price seemed very high. The door still opens with the wall control. The two clickers don't work. If you can offer the reason for such a high price, I may understand better
