Beau & Thomas arrived sooner than expected which was great. They immediately saw what my problem was with my garage door and explained in detail what was required to fix it. I was concerned that one of my garage doors did not open completely. The technicians, Scott and Thomas, did a thorough evaluation of the situation and diagnosed several problems which most likely if not corrected would have caused a disastrous situation. Beau McClure and Dillon Wiggins provided great professional service. We had a broken spring, called on a Sunday and had an appointment scheduled for 10-2 Monday. Beau arrived about 11, inspected the door mechanisms and provided an estimate for the repair, including some other items of concern that he found, for about $700, but he offered to perform a full garage door overhaul for just $80 more. The schedule for repair was for 12 - 4, the same day. Dillon arrived at about 12:30 to perform the overhaul and repairs, explained what he was doing and found an additional problem with the torsion tube, which he replaced for free. He was done by 2:00 and the door works great. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future needs.

For more than 5 years my garage has been used as a storage unit. So, when the garage door opener failed there was little reason to have it fixed immediately. Recently, however, my nephew came from Indiana to help his disabled uncle clean up the garage enough to park my car. I considered the local company that had provided all my previous service and recalled the last time when the technician came and was very rude about my inability to move some items quickly out of his way. I reviewed the other companies on the internet and chose Precision Door Service of Central Florida. I was able to schedule the appointment at my convenience online. At the appointed time technician Scott Mayhew arrived and evaluated my situation. He explained what needed to be done and what my options included. Once I decided on what I could afford to do he asked permission to return the following day to bring a trainee that he wanted to observe the service. He returned as scheduled and began the installation process. He explained each step that he would be taking and when finished he called me to the garage to go over his service. He provided me a service manual for the door opener and explained what I needed to do to maintain the equipment. Throughout the visit Scott was polite and informative. He readily answered all of my questions. At the completion he cleaned up after his work. Since there were some boxes that he needed to move in order to get to his work he returned them to their location ( big points for that) and left me as a very happy home owner. I required a weather stripping replacement on a 16 ft. Amarr door. Precision could get a technician me the following Monday. They arrived right on time, did the replacement, and did an adjustment when I noticed a gap at the bottom of the door. After they left I noticed some other inconsistencies from the outside. When I called back for another appointment one was given to me for the next available day. Again, the technician arrived on time, with a call before coming, addressed the issue, and provided several hints for maintenance for me. I was completely pleased with the service from Precision from start to finish.
