HAD SEEN YOUR TV COMMERCIALS AND USED YOUR WEBSITE TO SET UP A REPAIR FOR MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHOSE BELT WAS SHREDDED. SITE WAS VERY EASY TO USE PICK A SERVICE PICK A DATE AND TIME CLICK AND YOUR GOOD TO GO. TECH ARRIVED IN THE 4 HOUR WINDOW THE SAME DAY AS PROMISED. BELT WAS REPLACED BUT DEBRIS HAD FALLEN INTO MOTOR AND SHORTED IT OUT SO THE OPENER HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD ME UP AND RUNNING IN QUICKLY.

He advised us that the Spring broke because it was not sufficient for the size of our door and that we needed 2 springs to lift the garage door. Now the door moves better than it ever has. Our service rep was extremely personable, efficient and helpful. He replaced our too small motor with a powerful Genie; and it cuts down nicely on the noise.
