Precision had installed a new bottom to the garage door and had caulked a rubber seal on the floor 3 months ago. Rob Wiggins came to help us with rainwater intruding into my garage during a severe rain storm. Rob took the time to make several adjustments to the way the garage door will make firmer contact with the floor rubber. Then he showed how to close the garage door a little bit firmer with my foot. Even though Rob drove a long way to my home and spent a lot of time, he said that there will be no service charge.

Our technician, Joshua was on time and very professional. He took the time to fully diagnose the multiple issues we had with our garage door and the garage door opener. He fully explained our options and the hardware options. Through out the repairs to the door and install of the new opener, he kept us up to date on progress and timeline of the repair.
