I've been dealing with a very tempermental and noisy garage door for about 2 yrs. precision garage door recommended a complete overhaul of my door operating system, replacing everything except the door itself. Billy, the technician was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. My door now operates so quietly I can't tell when my wife gets home until I hear the car door close! I couldn't be more satisfied! I believe I received excellent value for my money, also received a lifetime warranty! 5 stars!

I would give a 5 star rating. Dylan could not have been more cooperative. My husband was at work and Dylan took time to talk to him on the telephone with no sign of irritation. I felt Dylan knew what he was doing. The garage door opener was replaced. The door was opening on its own even though it was locked. I selected Precision based on the 24 hour service; but, next time there would be many more positive reasons to select Precision. I knew who was coming and what they looked like beforehand. Dylan was timely and called ahead of time.

The young man who did m y repairs to my garbage doors, was very polite, explained every thing to me. Was helpful helping me set up passwords on outdoor remotes.
