Thomas was amazing. Stright to the point, made an adjustment to where the screw drive was mounted, swapped out the trolley that had old warn teeth and the 20+ year old unit is as good as new. Thanks again.

Professional looking website! I was able to book my appointment for the next day. Joel Mullen was very professional and explained all of my options. Once I decided, he completed the installation within a few hours and my old garage door is better than new! He converted from an old cable system to new springs and rollers. Great company with fine service!

The Pro was Thomas: He has a pleasant and friendly approach, and obviously knows his job. His work is professional and done in good time. He showed me what was wrong, and what to do to have it fixed. He also told me what the cost would be before he started the job. Well done, Thomas. Thank you, Precision.

Our garage door wasn’t working properly after an extended power outage. We called as soon as our power was restored, just a day an a half after a hurricane, and they were able to come the very same day. Thomas was the awesome technician and he got us up and running in no time and was smiling, friendly, patient, and professional the whole time. This company really is a cut above the rest. It’s our second time using them and this experience was as great as the first!
