I set up a time -- 12:00 pm -- for Precision Door Service to come and see what happened to my door. To my surprise I had 3 calls to tell me they could come earlier. Unfortunately for me, I had turned my phone off to sleep. Though later I saw what could be and changed that. Promptly I was contacted to say a repairman could be here immediately. I quickly dressed and got outside just in time. I was informed that the old system had suffered a burn-out. What to do? Choices were offered and I went for the best. I was no easy task, but through the sweat and short rain shower Mr. Rodriguez prevailed. I am very impressed with his workmanship and ability. He got me back to sanity! You can't imagine how difficult it is manage a door this size with my age. Precision Door was there when I needed them, with prompt and efficient service. My, oh my, how quiet and wonderful it is to see that mass of metal opening and closing at the launch of a button! I'm sure this will last me far into the future.

Thomas Norman was our service technician. He was very thorough and courteous. While I knew our spring was broken, I was happy to have a thorough inspection of all of the mechanical aspects of the door system that are subject to wear and tear. I decided to go ahead with new rollers, springs, cables, and other items that now make the door feel like new.

Michael my service technician did an amazing job at correcting my GE garage door issues that I had messed up myself. Tried changing out all my roller wheels and ended up accidentally removing a bracket under spring tension. Michael re-calibrated everything and lubricated everything. He advised me that my spring may need replacement soon and did a superb job in a timely fashion on everything else. I would highly recommend PrecisionDoor again in a heart beat.

Tried to open garage door on a Saturday morning and it would only go up 6 inches and was stuck. When I pulled the release cord the spring broke and the door came crashing down. When I tried to manually lift the door it was too heavy. I thought I'm stuck now until Monday. I called the company that originally installed the door but received a message that their business was open Mon. - Fri. To my surprise when I called someone actually answered the phone at Precision Door. The person said a technician could be at my house within the hour. I received an email confirmation with the name and picture of the person coming to do the job. When he arrived Thomas did an evaluation of the problem, said he had the parts on his truck& told me what discounts I was entitled to, said the parts & labor had a 5 year warranty & what the final price would be. In less than two hours the work was finished, & I now have a door that works like new.

They are very professional. They do a full inspection and tell you honestly what needs to be taken care of but not pushy about it. The technician Joel Mullen was very professional and completed the work in a very timely manner.
