Was a bit shocked at how much things are going up in general, which is not the fault of this company. I received a call approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the representative's arrival.Joel Mullen came out to do repairs for me. He went over the entire door and mechanism. He thoroughly explained everything. He gave me price options on certain parts. I was very pleased with his work ethic, courteous manner and professionalism. I would recommend this company and highly recommend Joel.

Felix arrived in a timely manner, checked the entire system and provided an estimate. The work was completed professionally and quickly within 3 hours of arriving. Work involved replacing a broken spring and other worn parts. All was greatly appreciated, especially grateful for such quick service on a Sunday.

Stephanie Watkins

If I could give 11 I would. Our garage is better than new. Rob Wiggins explained everything clearly. There was no pressure.

Daniel H. is an outstanding asset for Precision Garage Door Co. . He is prompt, effective and efficient. An outstanding installation job by a very pleasant Army Vet. A pleasure to have him take care of not only installing new openers but some deferred maintenance items pointed out for my consideration. Highly recommend.

Spartaco Margioni

Daniel laid out the items that needed to be done and the things that could wait. He showed me the pricing of each item. When his work was completed he demonstrated the operation of the door, and explained the warranty which by the way is 7 years parts and labor. Pricing was reasonable . I highly recommend this company for residential garage door repair. The job was done the day after I called.

Mary Mansfield

Solomon did an awesome job installing my garage door opener. I would highly recommend this company as they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They truly care about neighbors in the community.

Thomas installed our garage door opener 3 years ago and came back today to do a tune up on our opener and replace our bottom door seal. It was nice seeing the same employee still doing great work.

Joel of Precision Garage Door was great. I used this company to replace the door only, using the opener that was older last year. The motor gave out today, so I called Precision again for repair @/or replacement. Same day, I had it replaced & running great. Plus Joel loved my dog. Thx

A torsion spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision Garage Door Service of Ocala on a Sunday and the repairman arrived well within the time quoted. Jay (Dow) couldn't have been more professional and kind. No high pressure sales! He gave us our options and let "us" decide. He even gave us a teacher's discount! The job was done in no time and our door works much, much better than before! He educated me on everything concerning our garage door which was a plus. Things I never knew. Money well spent for a quick, efficient job well done!! Thanks again Jay, and thanks to the Precision team!

Thomas Rackett

Their service technician was great but the cost seemed pricey. If I wasn't trapped in my garage I would have shopped around more. I may have gotten a better price, maybe not.

The technician Felix came and found out that our garage door opener with camera wasn’t working so they sent a new one. We appreciate Felix for taking his time to solving our problem and we don’t want anyone else except Felix coming to our home.

Marcia Gould

My husband chose this service based on reviews he read. Technician was able to come the next day and came on time, giving me a “ window” at first, and then a 30 minute “ will be there” call. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issues with the door ( worn out springs). Had all he needed in truck and repair was done. Was here about one hour.

Michael Greely

JC well, excellent!!!
