My garage door met an untimely incident which required attention. I contacted Precision Door after doing some careful research for service and reliability in the company. I contacted Precision to have an estimate conducted. Joel Mullen came out and did a thorough evaluation of my garage door. He completely evaluated and showed me the problems and what needed to be done. Joel was very informative and worked hard with me to get the repairs conducted. After agreeing with his plan, he immediately got to work, Joel restored and upgraded my garage door in a short time, and showed outstanding quality workmanship and detailed repair skills. Upon completion, he demonstrated the operation and throughly walked us thru the upkeep procedures, making sure we understood the proper care. My wife and I were totally amazed at the operation of the garage door on the operating area quietness of it. Need to install a key pad to facilitate open and close the garage door. A friend recommanded Precision Garage Door Service. An appointment was made the day after I called. The technician came on time, he setup the key pad and mounted on the wall next to the garage door swiftly and professionally. He even lubricated the door joints and strengthen the track to reduce the noice the door makes when opening and closing. I am completely satisfied with his service and certainly will recommand this company to family and friends who need garage door services.

Precision Garage Door was THE most fantastic company to work with. My garage door opener/motor was shot..just when I was leaving for work...and door wouldn't close. I called them right away..and Tyler answered and got me all set up with an appt asap that day...very helpful and pleasant. They sent Joel out to service the garage motor..and he was able to get to the house asap even before the time frame window. Joel assessed the situation and took me step by step what needed to be done. He was so nice and patient with all of my questions...since I know nothing about garage openers. He sent me before and after pictures...worked so hard all day, called to let me know when he finished. Joel was just one of the best technicians I have ever encountered. Thomas was a perfectionist in his work! He was quick & efficient. Cleaned up his work site. Polite & respectful. Educated me on the garage door itself, the opener, and programmed my car for me.
