Your service technician that you sent to our house was understandable, friendly, knowledgeable and overall out standing and well trained technician. He explained things about what he was doing so that we understood.

I was in need for an emergency repair and the company was very responsive. I was told that the technician would arrive between 2-6 pm. I was fully expecting that it would be closer to 6 before they arrived. The technician arrived around 3 and within about an hour the repair was completed. He even did a full inspection of all the components and went over the inspection with me and provided a written recommendation of needed repairs. Very professional and the repair cost was very reasonable.

Service man that was there. His name is Solomon. He was absolutely outstanding! Took plenty of time to thoroughly explain to us what needed to be done. Very courteous, caring, and professional. We've at Heidi recommend him because he represents precision garage door to the highest degree.

So happy with the service! Solomon was polite, on time, professional & made quick work of a big job! We thought it as only the springs, but, it turned out to be a bit more as our mechanisms were @ 20 years. Solomon was also very tidy in cleaning up any debris. Highly recommend Solomon at Precision Garage Doors!
