After several garage door torsion springs in our neighborhood failed we decided to have the Precision look at the existing, builder installed springs. As expected the springs were deteriorating. Precision's service personnel made recommendations for an upgrade. The options were clearly explained and after our decision they upgraded the entire system. It is now quiet, safe and perfect! We had actually called one of your competitors because they were nearer to us. But, at the last minute they notified us they could not repair our garage door until the last week of September (a month after our original call to them -- they simply had no manpower). Scott was extremely cooperative as he stopped by after visiting a neighbor to assess our garage door and the need to replace the spring and roller mechanism. He was thorough in his inspection and estimate and offered a variety of options for replacing other items for the door. We have an appointment to complete the work on Monday, August 16, 2021. Scott came, took pictures and explained about springs replace with 1 yr warranty. A special promo with replacing other parts (pulley, cable, end Bea r ing plates, drums, etc) with 7 yr warranty. Chris repaired it all and went over everything when finished. Scott and Chris very nice, respectful and friendly. All done quickly. I called night before and had an appointment the next morning.
