The service call for my garage door and opener was scheduled promptly. The service person, Joel, arrived on time and diagnosed the problems with both the door and opener. He was very courteous and professional. Told me what my options were and scheduled another crew to come in to perform the repairs within an hour of the first visit. The two service men who did the repairs were also courteous and professional. They performed the work quickly and easily explained various aspects of the functioning of the opener. Everything is in good working order now and if I ever need additional repairs I would not hesitate to use their service again.

I called for an estimate for a garage door replacement. When the technician came my garage opener was working good no problems. They took it apart left wires hanging and loose. They didn’t not put it back to together properly and it was not working when they leave. I called and they told me they couldn’t send anyone out until the next day to fix fix. Very unprofessional service. If I can give a zero on the review I would. Do not use precision garage door stay away from them.

Beau was the service man and he also was very polite and arrived on time. He knew immediately what the problem was and was able to repair my door during the visit. Very pleased with the company and all the employees I dealt with.

Just sent this to Google review. The best service and repair I have ever experienced on a garage door. The technician Joel was thorough, quick, and explained everything before and after the job was done. I'm glad I chose Precision Door.

Joel Mullen was the estimator for our garage door replacement. He called in advance to advise his arrival time, which was well within the appointment window. From the moment he greeted us, Joel was congenial & very professional. He reviewed/analyzed our current doors & openers thoroughly, then provided several options available, answered our multiple questions, & was completely transparent. Joel setup a followup date & time to call us for any additional data needed. We cannot be more pleased with Joel’s service, & highly recommend him & Precision!

Our garage door was acting weird. Sometimes the door would not close other times it would open on it's own! I called Precision and they said they would send a man right out. He arrived in about 45 minutes and was very nice and knowledgeable. After he did a 25 point inspection it was obvious that we needed a lot of work. We bought the house 15 years ago and there was a lot of wear and tear. 2 1/2 hours later our door was fixed. New springs, new motor, door adjustments, etc. Thank you Beau and Mike for a great job.

I set up a time -- 12:00 pm -- for Precision Door Service to come and see what happened to my door. To my surprise I had 3 calls to tell me they could come earlier. Unfortunately for me, I had turned my phone off to sleep. Though later I saw what could be and changed that. Promptly I was contacted to say a repairman could be here immediately. I quickly dressed and got outside just in time. I was informed that the old system had suffered a burn-out. What to do? Choices were offered and I went for the best. I was no easy task, but through the sweat and short rain shower Mr. Rodriguez prevailed. I am very impressed with his workmanship and ability. He got me back to sanity! You can't imagine how difficult it is manage a door this size with my age. Precision Door was there when I needed them, with prompt and efficient service. My, oh my, how quiet and wonderful it is to see that mass of metal opening and closing at the launch of a button! I'm sure this will last me far into the future.

Thomas Norman was our service technician. He was very thorough and courteous. While I knew our spring was broken, I was happy to have a thorough inspection of all of the mechanical aspects of the door system that are subject to wear and tear. I decided to go ahead with new rollers, springs, cables, and other items that now make the door feel like new.

Michael my service technician did an amazing job at correcting my GE garage door issues that I had messed up myself. Tried changing out all my roller wheels and ended up accidentally removing a bracket under spring tension. Michael re-calibrated everything and lubricated everything. He advised me that my spring may need replacement soon and did a superb job in a timely fashion on everything else. I would highly recommend PrecisionDoor again in a heart beat.
