Scott came, took pictures and explained about springs replace with 1 yr warranty. A special promo with replacing other parts (pulley, cable, end Bea r ing plates, drums, etc) with 7 yr warranty.
Chris repaired it all and went over everything when finished.
Scott and Chris very nice, respectful and friendly. All done quickly. I called night before and had an appointment the next morning. Very pleased with everything
