Thanks to Tyler the wire that controls the garage door was severed and he was able to splice it back together in just a few minutes. At no charge! What a wonderful employee and company. When I was unable to open my garage door and it was making some type of horrible noise my neighbor came over to help. What ever it was, it was beyond anything we could do. My neighbor then recommended your company. I tried several other companies a robo voice told me that the company could not get to me until Monday at the earliest. Your tech was at my home within several hours and fixed everything. I give you a 20 out of 10. The tech sent over was smart, quick and a pleasure to work with.

Prompt, on time. Of course when the service tech showed up, my door worked fine! Hadn’t worked in two weeks and refused to go down. I guess it was scared of him. Anyway he checked everything out, took pictures for estimates of upgrades or future repairs and was very kind. Definitely will call them back when I need work done again.

Beau & Thomas arrived sooner than expected which was great. They immediately saw what my problem was with my garage door and explained in detail what was required to fix it. After agreeing on a very reasonable price they went right to work and and did not stop until everything was in perfect working order. OK NEVER HAPPENS, the technician came to my house, re-connected one of the laser sensors, orchestrated my programming a new door opening code into the garage door opener and then DID NOT CHARGE for the visit!!! Unbelievable, he said we say there is no charge for the initial visit and estimate and that is our policy. When have you ever had a service person come help fix serveral issues and say "no charge." Do not use anyone for garage door issues except this company!
