Mike was my service technician. He advised me that parts for a 25, year old genie were no longer available. New sensors were not compatible with the old units. Mike installed a new Genie, took about an hour and a half or so, and runs much quitter, then the old unit. All accomplished in one service call.

I was happy to see a company that stands out from vehicle and the uniform the presentation sold me but when the tech. AKA Jordan started to inspect my garage door and advise me of the things that were in need of some attention I knew this company was good. He didn’t force me or moch me into the repairs of an old garage door he just gave me his professional experience and left it in my hands. I will continue to work with the professional wisdom of Precision in the future. Thanks to to Precision my door is working again.

Very professional team from the front desk on the phone call to the tech (Beau) that came out and worked on my garage door. I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything on my door to be right. It was found that one of the springs went bad. He recognized that and also that I could use additional braces across my door to meet the wind restriction code. Very happy with the work Beau did.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to resolve a problem with my garage door mechanism. They offered to come out the next day. The technician explained everything about the problem, and we decided to replace our garage door system, which was almost 225 years old. To my delight, the job was done that same day, in about two hours. In a time when solutions to problems appear to take longer than it once did, it was refreshing to have our problem solved so quickly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing service.

My 2001 jerry rigged garage door opener died. I thought maybe it could be fixed. I was not that lucky. Jacob came to look and suggest the most likely thing that can be done. At this time I cannot put so much money in to the opener. But Jacob was so nice, understanding and helpful.

Thomas did an amazing job repairing the garage door and removing the old screen door that had jammed. He was patient and worked until he figured everything out. It was well after 2130 when he and his partner left. He refused to leave until done. When the door button stopped working your tech was out in less than an hour and had it working in 45 minutes. I would recommend your Company many times over to whom ever asks. Thank you Thomas and all who helped fix our doors..
