The team from Precision Door Service were excellent in helping me fix my broken garage motor/spring. They were professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. They gave excellent and practical advice, and I did not at all feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. They completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. For more than 5 years my garage has been used as a storage unit. So, when the garage door opener failed there was little reason to have it fixed immediately. Recently, however, my nephew came from Indiana to help his disabled uncle clean up the garage enough to park my car. I considered the local company that had provided all my previous service and recalled the last time when the technician came and was very rude about my inability to move some items quickly out of his way. I reviewed the other companies on the internet and chose Precision Door Service of Central Florida. I was able to schedule the appointment at my convenience online. At the appointed time technician Scott Mayhew arrived and evaluated my situation. He explained what needed to be done and what my options included. Once I decided on what I could afford to do he asked permission to return the following day to bring a trainee that he wanted to observe the service. He returned as scheduled and began the installation process. He explained each step that he would be taking and when finished he called me to the garage to go over his service. He provided me a service manual for the door opener and explained what I needed to do to maintain the equipment. Throughout the visit Scott was polite and informative. He readily answered all of my questions. At the completion he cleaned up after his work. Since there were some boxes that he needed to move in order to get to his work he returned them to their location ( big points for that) and left me as a very happy home owner. I heartily recommend Precision Door Service of Central Florida.

The Tech that installed my opener was friendly, answered questions and was very professional. Since the unit was just installed today it is to early for me to make any comment on the reliability of the opener but so far everything is working as expected.

I called Precision Door and made an appointment to find out why my door was slamming shut. Scott called to let me to let me know when he would arrive. He was right on time. I previously had the springs replaced by another company. The other company came out and stated all was fine with the springs and tried to adjust the door closer. It did not help. Scott did a complete assessment of the problem and took time to adjust the closer. He did what the other company did not. That was to satisfy the customer. I greatly recommend Scott and Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I would definitely use them again.

Precision Door installed a conversion package on my 1980s style door opener, and did so without a hitch. Scott came first to diagnose my problem and perfectly articulated the needed repairs and costs for me. He was courteous and efficient. Later that day, Kevin came to do the conversion, took just over an hour, and was also professional, skilled, and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

My garage door would not open and it was Friday afternoon. I called a garage door company and they said they could help on Wednesday. I wouldn't have my vehicle until Wednesday. So, I called Precision and they said they could come out Saturday morning. Scott came out, gave an assessment, Chris came and installed the door. They were professional, timely and did great work! This is the best garage door company in our area by far!!!
