We had a spring break and I called Precision. Joel Mullen came out and did an amazing job. He took the time to explain what was needed and show me some other things that needed to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I would recommend 100%!!! Thank you Joel.

I was not pleased with the service that I received. When I made the appointment I was told that I would receive an estimate before any work was done. This was not the case. The repair was done (30 seconds to realign the sensors that I couldn't get to line up by myself) and then I was told I owed over $200 for the service fee without being given any sort of estimate first like I was promised. Very displeased. Would not recommend or use again.

Lovely technician, professional and easy to work with. I don’t know about pricing because I did not get other estimates, no time. Cost seemed to me to be excessive. Over 2k for less than an hour job.

I had such an amazing experience with Precision Garage Door service! Beau McClure did a fantastic job repairing my garage door. From the moment he arrived, he made sure to check in with me every step of the way, always asking how I felt about the process and making sure I understood everything. I’ve honestly never seen this level of kindness and attention to detail before. Beau took the time to explain the entire process so clearly-it really put me at ease. I truly and wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door service. Thank you again for such wonderful service!

Thomas was very knowledgeable and efficient on repairs. He advised us that the Spring broke because it was not sufficient for the size of our door and that we needed 2 springs to lift the garage door. Now the door moves better than it ever has. I would definitely recommend precision Door!! Thanks Thomas

Thomas and Joe arrived shortly after I called on Saturday to repair my garage door after the spring broke that morning. I was impressed with Thomas’s experience and knowledge on garage door repairs. I was even more impressed after the repairs were completed and the repaired door was in better condition than when it was originally installed.

Precision door came out Saturday morning because our spring broke on our garage door and the guy told us that both sides need to be replaced pulley cables springs and labor. It would be $1700. We said no way went back out said he would talk to his boss and came back and said it would be $900. Needless to say we had Lester‘s garage today that did all of it for $375.. What a scam! Luckily, we knew it was not supposed to cost that much! I wouldn’t even have checked one star, but it wouldn’t let me send the review unless I checked the star

I called Precision Door at approximately 2 pm and requested a service person come to the house for a general maintenance to our garage door. I was told someone would be here today (same day) between 4 and 6. I was contacted by the service man, Jordan, and he appeared soon after 4:00 pm. I was truly impressed by Jordan. He did an inspection and basic maintenance, was professional, helpful, intelligent, and easy to talk with. He outlined some issues that could develop in the future, took the time to explain them, and gave price estimates for the work when it needed to be done. I was truly impressed with the kind of person who represented the company, and I will definitely call them in the future.

I found your company by googling for garage door repairs. Your receptionist said she could have a technician in our house by early afternoon. You were the ones who could be here the earliest; we couldn't get our car out. Your technician, Frank Norman (I believe) was courteous and professional and he solved our problem. My only complaint is that it was too pricey.

Joel came out to our home and did a great job servicing our garage door. Joel was friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and well experienced in his job performance. He went over the options and pricing that I could decide to choose from. Joel was honest in explaining everything to me that I needed to know in making my decision. It was a pleasure having Joel come to our home and giving us a great Precision service experience.
