Andrew called before he arrived and arrived on time. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He repaired the broken spring and check over the entire system. He convinced us to replace the rollers and be eligible for a 5 year warranty on the work. We spent more on the repair than we expected. The door is much quieter than before the repair. I had a little trouble determining the cost of the repair when I called the 800 number.
