I called just yesterday regarding the chain on my garage door, it started popping right after we had a screen installed. The woman who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable, even offering to send someone out yesterday. We scheduled for today. Jordan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately; offered solutions, costs and the pros and cons for all options. He ended up repairing the problem within minutes then offered to lubed the door for us. He probably wasn't here 30 minutes in total and we are 100% satisfied with the result. A delightful technician to work with and good work too. A++

When I called to make an appointment, I was surprised to get someone here the same day. The service tech Joshua did a very thorough job, explaining what the problems were and showing us the list of parts and options. Answering all our questions helped us decide on repairs and, amazingly, all work was completed the same day. Great job by Joshua! We’re very happy with Precision Garage Doors.

5 stars all the way around! Called for a repair Saturday morning at 7:05 AM and had a tech, Jordan Nein at the house by 8:20 AM. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Walked us through the entire repair and gave us great pointers for maintenance to keep everything running smooth. Cannot recommend this company or Jordan Nein enough!

We contacted Precision Door for some much needed maintenance work on our garage door, as well as installing an exterior key pad. Joel arrived within 30 minutes of our call, made us aware of various issues, and provided detailed options with prices. The work was completed the same afternoon. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done by Joel and Thomas. They were both very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. We would highly recommend this business.

I was in the garage door business in Denver,CO for over 20 years so I'm very familiar with the day to day operations as a branch manager after Wayne Dalton bought the company I worked for. The experience I had today with your serviceman Jordon was so refreshing. Jordon was clean, polite and professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and proposed a solution at what appears to be a reasonable price. Living in a retirement community we've heard the horror stories of homeowners falling prey to less than honest trades. I must say that I felt extremely comfortable with Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend them.

Precision Doors came out to my house and reviewed my issue with a new garage door opener that I had previously installed. The technician was professional and all the way through the process keep me informed as to what my issue was and what were my options. Upon completion of his analysis, he made sure that I understood the problem and since it was a part still under warranty, he called the manufacture and started the process of ordering the part. Precision Doors did an outstanding job of going the extra mile and did it with expert skillfulness. I was so pleased with the service I had the specialist replace the springs in the system. I am very pleased with the proficiency of the technician and the company.

Kind, considerate, and helpful! Great communication throughout and gave very detailed information regarding all options and aspects of the repair, including costs, which were also reflected in the very detailed invoice.
