I had a very good experience with my technician. He was courteous & polite. I ended replacing a wall door opener that was defective. He also said my opener had bad springs & shaft. I had the springs, shaft replaced & then serviced. I thought the price was pretty high but I knew the price before the work was done. I can’t complain. Overall I was pleased with the experience. I do seem to have one small issue. 3 times when closing the door it reverses & opens again. I may need to have a technician back out if this keeps happening. Thank you, Jerry Graham

I contacted Precision at 8:30 AM Thursday morning 10/24. My door was inoperable. I spoke to Molly about my situation and she was able to schedule Joel her technician to be at my home late in the same day. What great service by Precision. The tech arrived around 6 pm and by 7 PM Joel repaired my door. There was no service charge. Just paid for parts and labor with a 10% discount. Joel was excellent and very experienced. Thank you Precision!!

I called for an estimate and I asked if they can come out today. They came to my house with in 30 min gave me an estimate. The estimate was not in my budget. The technician made some phone calls and was able to bring the price down to where I was able to afford. The job was done with in a couple hours and my garage door works great. We had an emergency service call and repair of a broken garage door spring. We needed several parts replaced including both springs and all rollers. Absolutely fabulous! Garage door wouldn't open. I called at 7am and Rob was there by 8:30am. Door was realigned, straightened and weather stripping was adhered to the bottom. This business does it right the first time because they also installed the door efficiently.
