Mr. Morales, Thank you for your email! That is very kind and professional, we appreciate it. We were very impressed with Zion. He is a fine young man and a good representative for your company. He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". When I asked about the horrible screeching sound when the door was raised with the new motor, he said he would spray and it should get better. We now need to endure the inconvenience of another service visit for our Brand New opener to be relieved of the horrible screeching loud sounds when it is operated.

Jack Daniel, (yes it's his real name) deserves a shout out. He's the technician from "Precision Door" that repaired my broken garage door. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite and friendly and completed a major repair in a bout 45 mins. Sometimes we should just take the time to stop and reward excellent service. Tech was on time and called ahead. He was knowledgeable and had all the required parts on his truck (springs and rod that were original from 1972 when the house was built). He even took a few minutes to replace some damaged wood and adjust and tighten all the rollers. After about 2 hours the garage was working better than it ever has.

Called Precision Garage door service on January 29th, 2026 late afternoon, early evening because my garage door would not close all the way, about 6 inches from floor, the company was able to fit me in the next morning, about 7:50am I received a call from the technician Solomon, once he arrived he was friendly and courteous, Solomon accessed the situation and proceeded to repair the garage door while keeping me informed of the steps he was taking, also gave me advice on maintaining the garage doors, job was completed in a timely manner, would definitely used this company in the future

I called Precision Garage to schedule a service because our garage door (which was always loud and clunky) started to make more noise. They were able to schedule us for the next morning. Joel arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and then did a very thorough inspection of the entire system- door, opener, tracks, wheels, hinges, etc. Once he was done, he discussed with me what he’d found. He showed me his areas of concern, and what areas were in good shape. Joel was patient with my questions, and even spoke with my husband on the phone, so that we both had a clear understanding. He was able to make our needed repairs the same day. Our garage door is now whisper quiet and works beautifully! Their work and materials came with nice warranty. We could not be happier. Thank you, Precision Garage, for taking care of us!
