Jack Daniel, (yes it's his real name) deserves a shout out. He's the technician from "Precision Door" that repaired my broken garage door. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite and friendly and completed a major repair in a bout 45 mins. Sometimes we should just take the time to stop and reward excellent service. I would highly recommend this company and certainly use them again, because of my interaction with Mr. Daniel. You should be proud of how this employee represents your company. Terry Angelo

Was able to get a same day Saturday appointment for bad springs. I was contacted by phone and text prior to visit. They sent a photo of the technician! Thomas did a great job explaining the issue and what could be done to complete the job. He advised all options, warranty information also. I was very pleased with the efficiency and work that was done! Highly recommend!

Tech was on time and called ahead. He was knowledgeable and had all the required parts on his truck (springs and rod that were original from 1972 when the house was built). He even took a few minutes to replace some damaged wood and adjust and tighten all the rollers. After about 2 hours the garage was working better than it ever has.

Called Precision Garage door service on January 29th, 2026 late afternoon, early evening because my garage door would not close all the way, about 6 inches from floor, the company was able to fit me in the next morning, about 7:50am I received a call from the technician Solomon, once he arrived he was friendly and courteous, Solomon accessed the situation and proceeded to repair the garage door while keeping me informed of the steps he was taking, also gave me advice on maintaining the garage doors, job was completed in a timely manner, would definitely used this company in the future

I called Precision Garage to schedule a service because our garage door (which was always loud and clunky) started to make more noise. They were able to schedule us for the next morning. Joel arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and then did a very thorough inspection of the entire system- door, opener, tracks, wheels, hinges, etc. Once he was done, he discussed with me what he’d found. He showed me his areas of concern, and what areas were in good shape. Joel was patient with my questions, and even spoke with my husband on the phone, so that we both had a clear understanding. He was able to make our needed repairs the same day. Our garage door is now whisper quiet and works beautifully! Their work and materials came with nice warranty. We could not be happier. Thank you, Precision Garage, for taking care of us!

I noticed the garage door was not working properly last night. I called precision garage door repair and was scheduled for the next morning. The repairman arrived at 8:30 AM and had the Garage door repaired by 11:30. Excellent job excellent workmanship very happy with the repairs. It’s like a brand new Garage door.

My torsion spring broke on Saturday, leaving my garage door useless. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for today (Monday, 01/19/26) from 8-12 AM. I got a phone call and an email from Precision confirming the appointment. I got a call this morning advising me that JC was on his way to me. JC arrived and introduced himself, and was very professional. He looked over my door, prepared an estimate for parts and repairs, and within 15 minutes, he was ready to work. JC was a real pleasure to work with, and he explained the process as he went along. He finished the job by 11:15 and made sure everything was properly lubed and work top notch. My door is so quiet now that I can't hear it open and close. JC was knowledgeable and a great technician. There is no doubt in my mind that I will recommend Precision Doors to anyone who asks, including my friends.

My garage door met an untimely incident which required attention. I contacted Precision Door after doing some careful research for service and reliability in the company. I contacted Precision to have an estimate conducted. Joel Mullen came out and did a thorough evaluation of my garage door. He completely evaluated and showed me the problems and what needed to be done. Joel was very informative and worked hard with me to get the repairs conducted. After agreeing with his plan, he immediately got to work, Joel restored and upgraded my garage door in a short time, and showed outstanding quality workmanship and detailed repair skills. Upon completion, he demonstrated the operation and throughly walked us thru the upkeep procedures, making sure we understood the proper care. My wife and I were totally amazed at the operation of the garage door on the operating area quietness of it. Need to install a key pad to facilitate open and close the garage door. A friend recommanded Precision Garage Door Service. An appointment was made the day after I called. The technician came on time, he setup the key pad and mounted on the wall next to the garage door swiftly and professionally. He even lubricated the door joints and strengthen the track to reduce the noice the door makes when opening and closing. I am completely satisfied with his service and certainly will recommand this company to family and friends who need garage door services.

Precision Garage Door was THE most fantastic company to work with. My garage door opener/motor was shot..just when I was leaving for work...and door wouldn't close. I called them right away..and Tyler answered and got me all set up with an appt asap that day...very helpful and pleasant. They sent Joel out to service the garage motor..and he was able to get to the house asap even before the time frame window. Joel assessed the situation and took me step by step what needed to be done. He was so nice and patient with all of my questions...since I know nothing about garage openers. He sent me before and after pictures...worked so hard all day, called to let me know when he finished. Joel was just one of the best technicians I have ever encountered. Amazing company and employees...I would highly recommend them

Joel came out, assessed my garage doors & I have no complaints. He did not do a hard sales job, thank God. He is fine with me looking over my estimate, etc., as mine is a large repair job. I was happy with him & appreciated the immediate service. He was professional & courteous. I picked Precision because of the great reviews. I will have Precision do the repairs soon.
