I called at 10am and they were at my house at 1. Solomon the tech was outstanding and explained everything to us in detail which makes a decision much easier. He called Precision. to work out a cost to get what we needed done the same. I highly recommend Precision. Some people say their prices are high buy they definitely helped me out

He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". Had new springs, cables, bearings and hardware replaced, including custom labor to an old, poorly original installed garage door system and structure. Rob did great job bringing it back to life and now operates perfectly. Highly recommend this company. Great value for the price I paid.

When I asked about the horrible screeching sound when the door was raised with the new motor, he said he would spray and it should get better. We now need to endure the inconvenience of another service visit for our Brand New opener to be relieved of the horrible screeching loud sounds when it is operated.

This company is wonderful. I contacted the company to make an appointment and a couple days the tech came out. The tech was wonderful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, and he didn’t push me to buy something that I didn’t need. I definitely would use this company again.
