My Precision Door was installed 6 years ago and I ask that the door be inspected for any issues over that time. The Precision Door Mechanic, Solomon arrived on time. He preformed an inspection of the install. He recommended spring replacement which I agreed with. He checked all other door parts and lubricated all moving parts. Alignment was checked and motor inspected. Door was operated several times for proper operation. Area was completely cleaned. I would highly recommend Solomon as he was precise in his inspection, very knowledgeable in door upgrades and a great mechanic. I would have him back anytime I have a garage door issue.

Our Technician From Precision Door was on time called on his way to give us an estimated time he would be there and he was. He went over with us our problems and concerns and then did an inspection and proposed things to do to improve the safety and functionality of the door in order of the most important first to least important last and gave us option of picking and choosing what we wanted to have done then put together a price and we excepted and within an hr or 2 he was done everything he said he would do he did and went above and beyond anything we ever expected. We appreciated Precision coming out on Saturday we couldn't get our door up or down so we were very happy they were able to help us so quickly. We would say the price was on point for the quality and Professionalism the tech showed thru the whole process. Thanks Precision we will recomend you to all people that we know. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount".
