Our garage door was making a lot of noise. The chain rattled and the rollers screeched, so I called for service. Precision Door Service had good ratings, a pleasant human answered the phone and they provided a good appointment time. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection. The garage door is 19 years old, so I wasn’t surprised when he found some problems. He made recommendations that we agreed with, did the work right then and in a short time we had a modernized, very quiet garage door, Joel is personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, they do a great job.

What an awesome experience. Let me start with the initial call. Great person who answered the phone and she had a technician out to me in less than an hour. Next is Tyler our installer. What an awesome young man. Absolutely fantastic in all aspects from the initial contact to the job finish. Very rare these days to find someone who still delivers quality service and answered all my many questions. Finally the garage opener is everything I wanted and more. Purchased a new garage door motor 7/21 the remote had issues opening the door. They came and gave me a new remote, still the same problems. I have a terrible disability can only get in my home through the garage. I ordered an additional remote since I'm terrified of not being able to get in my house. Still same problem, it was not a remote problem but garage door motor. Called owner was in tears. Mr. Cain made it right gave me a top of the line motor at no cost to me. I called at 9am to make an appointment and Mike arrived at 11:15. Very professional and polite. Did a great job of explaining my options. I needed a new opener installed and rollers replaced. The company is amazing, as was the tech that came out to our house. I called Precision Garage Door as my next door neighbor used them to replace their garage door opener and they were very satisfied with this company. This morning, when I went to open the garage door, it would not go up. I called Precision and I had Mike, their technician, at my door in less than 2 hours. What great customer service, as my car was a prisoner in my garage. Mike checked out the situation and gave us a very detailed description of what needed to be done. The estimate was very fair, so we had him do the repairs. We also had him replace the motor with a larger, and quieter, one. By the end of the job, we had a very nice working garage door. Before leaving, Mike took the time to go over the workings of the new programmable wall opener and the outside opener. This company is very professional and very fair with their pricing.

Mr. Tyler Ming came very promptly when we called Precision Garage Door Service, we had a spring problem but also knew the garage door had not been maintained and with age needed service, he gave us multiple quotes of different repairs and two with warranties, with no pressure, also explained what was necessary to fix the problem, could repair immediately this evening, time frame required to solve the problem, he did it!!!
